Now in its 12th season the chef-owned Bistro Nouveau serves Eastman golfers and the entire Eastman community with “innovative food, fresh ingredients, great value.” Offering a bird’s eye view of the 1st and 18th fairways, the Bistro lounge and deck are a favorite stop after a round of golf, or any day. Entertainment, weekly events including Trivia Night, and theme menu nights make every night a special occasion at the Bistro. Chef-restauranteur Doug Langevin has worked in the business since age 17; he and a superbly trained staff work together to make your experience awesome.
