This has been a more recent discovery and I've been raving about it to anyone who will listen ever since. A beautiful wee Italian bakery with one of the best sandwiches I've ever tasted (the legendary no. 9 - I go for the sweet and smoky topping but you can up the spice with jalapeños). It also serves pastries, coffee and - of course - pasta.

Sandwiches, soup, pastry and coffee. A stone throw from the flat and excellent choice for lunch or quick bite.
