There are only a couple places in the world where you can see one lake perched 60m high above another. One is in Finland, and the other is a 5 minute drive from our cottage. This is a great place for a picnic lunch as you watch the Glenora ferry go by on Lake Ontario. We recommend visiting the Inn restaurant or the Miller Cafe while you're in the area.

Visit this strange lake that defies geological theory. Stunning view from the escarpment! Watch the Glenora Ferry far below. Visit the patio at the nearby Inn - order the charcuterie board and a cold beer.
