Please note, the dot on the map is wrong! The park is located just a few blocks south on Palisade Ave. & Highpoint (look for the large rectangular body of water on the map). There is a track to walk or run around the reservoir. Open only during daylight hours. Beautiful view of the reservoir, New York Skyline, and the historic St. Michael's Cathedral to the west.
