Sunday Brunch only. Amazing roast chicken, smoked trout, parma ham pizza. You have to make a reservation 24 hours in advance. Its about 20 mins outside Manali, in a village called Shanag, but totally worth it ! Come for the stunning views.

Martin's is run by Mr. Martin K. Austrian national who is married locally and is running this restaurant together with his family . Martin's was always on our list to visit due to their renowned Roasted Chicken, and I can claim that it was well worth the hype. The whole chicken was well roasted to perfection and served with fries and 2 variety of sauces (the sweet-chilly sauce was mind-blowing). Please see my pics to see how delicious it looks and it indeed was. The chicken needs to booked in advance as it is available in limited quantity - we called a day before to book it.
