This is one of the most exquisite restaurants in Cluj. Located outside old town up on the Cetatuie hill beside excellent meals made by chefs you also have an outstanding panorama view of the entire city. This is a must!. 20 minutes walk (by climbing the stairs that lead you up on the hill or 8 minutes with a taxi from Mihai Viteazu square. Usually you don`t need reservation since you can find a table at anytime.
