A new restaurant in Alba, open not so many years ago. Another top pick in my opinion - Alfonso is a chef from Napoli who moved to Langhe and started working in really good restaurants in the area until he opened Ventuno.1 with his friend Francesco. Their gastronomic proposal intends to mix the flavors of the north Italy with those of the South in new interesting dishes.
