Superb little coffee shop in downtown Calgary. Now if you like live jazz music then head on down on Saturdays between 3:00pm to 6:00pm to Kawa (pronounced 'Kava' which means 'coffee'). Small place, great vibes & food/drinks.

Not your average cafe - they're licensed, open late and have great food too. My favorite place to indulge in a slice of cake. Attracts a significant European and African crowd. Part of Calgary's jazz scene.

This is the place that got me onto coffee with their Americano Misto. Also have great live music on certain nights, beers from around the world, and incredible snacks.
