Slightly out of the way, however if you are looking for "that perfect Japanese experience" while eating ShabuShabu (raw meat that you dip in hot soup to cook and flavor then eat) then you are in the right place. Please come dressed slightly nice!

Chiriri is a wonderful place for those looking for a more traditional experience here in Kyoto. Shaba-shabu is what's served (slices of meat that are dipped in a hot soup until it's cooked) and please be sure to wear something at least nice!
