If its hot outside, this is a great way to cool off the entire family, restaurants, coffee and adult beverages are all a few feet away.

This is a lovely lake to walk around in any season. You can also rent paddle boards & boats during the summer. All the way around it there are restaurants & coffee shops. On a Saturday you can also find a very eclectic variety of "Seattle People"!

The closest playground with everything you could possibly need. Starbucks is across the street for refueling.

This is our favorite place to go in the summer. Families from all over North Seattle come to picnic and let the kids splash in the water. If your here with kids while it's hot out, this is an absolute must.

Perfect for a walk run or bike ride. A 3 mile path around the lake is just 5 blocks from the Flamingo Room you are staying in. Good sunsets and lots of space and views. Trees and grass, picnic or sunbath in summer.
