The pool was a standout and we enjoyed the charm of the Queenslander. The kitchen was well equipped to meet our needs. We felt right at home. It did take time to finally find the toilet (on the landing of the back entrance) and the shower water pressure was weak. Compared to other airbnb places I've stayed, the bed and pillows were reasonable for a good nights sleep. We had a good stay and l would stay again. The outlook and breakfast on the front verandah was beautiful and the street was quiet and friendly. Shops were close too. Thanks for the hospitality Connie.

Great location, close to everything we needed. Beautiful sun deck. The house itself was well presented and had everything we needed for a family of 6. We had a pickleball set up in the garage/ enclosed area. The kids were living between this and the pool. Will definitely book again!

Sarah-Jane was a fantastic host, really easy to communicate with and extra helpful when we had to change our dates. We hope to stay again next time we are in Rockhampton. Thanks again Sarah-Jane for having the team stay, it was a home away from home for them.

Owners are onsite and make sure the pool and everything is right throughout the stay, only saw them when the pool was being cleaned. Great little play area for kids and a pool with a slide and blow up bull that the kids loved.

Just spent three days at this absolute gem of a home with my disability client for his respite. The home was perfect for all his independence living skills and needs. He throughly enjoyed his respite the home was very well maintained and equipped for all his needs. Beautiful home in a great location 10/10 hands down 😊😊😊👌👌👌

We had a great stay the house was perfect and welcoming. Great walks on the beach and up the hill. Quiet road for kids to ride bikes or cross to the beach. The sunset views from the deck are amazing.

Fantastic house to stay; has everything you need, great location, very responsive and helpful hosts. Walking distance to the beach and close enough that you can hear the waves crashing on the beach. Great little coffee shop around the corner; Ray White gifted us a voucher to use there and we really loved that little treat. We loved our stay in Cooee Bay and our host, would 100% stay with them again

A beautiful home, plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 children. Very relaxing with the beach across the road and lovely pool. Comfortable beds. Downstairs can be a bit warm in the middle of the day with no air-conditioning we were mostly out during this time so no problem. All bedrooms have air con. House Gets a great breeze in the afternoons. Great scenic drive into Yeppoon

Stayed at Corey's place for 2 weeks with family when visiting rocky. Great location which has easy access to all visitor POIs and the house itself has all amenities that a family would need. Definitely recommended.

What a great stay for myself and my family! The house was great and provided lots of space and plenty of entertainment. Joanna was extremely responsive and friendly throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend to others!

We had an amazing time staying in April and John’s holiday home. The home is spacious and luxurious and had fantastic attention to detail. As a family with a young child we often find accommodation lacking in utensils and kitchen items such as child friendly plates but April has thought of everything and it was the perfect self contained holiday stay. The bedrooms are huge and the bathroom and laundry were fantastic along with the kitchen. We loved the 2 verandas and enjoyed the amazing view and sea breeze. We had a great time using the pool and we loved walking across the road to the beach. This is the best holiday home we have stayed in and would highly recommend April’s home. You won’t regret it! Thank you for making our mini holiday so great, we have come away feeling refreshed and relaxed.

If you plan a trip away but you want it to still feel like home, this is the place you want. My family and I were happy doing activities together and gave us enough space on the property to do our own things

The house is beautifully styled, with the perfect blend of comfort and elegance. But what really took our breath away were the gorgeous view of the beach 🏝️ line, weather we were sipping on our coffee or enjoying a glass wine in the evening ,, the views from the veranda was absolutely stunning. And watching the sunrises in the mornings Thank you ☺️

A great place to stay. Centrally located and close to the beach Kaye’s Place was everything and more. Would highly recommend for anyone looking Yeppoon. We would stay again. Thank you Kaye

It's called 'The Charma" and that's exactly how you would describe this place -'Çharming" I wished the walls call speak as the house holds lots of history and so many stories. It felt homely as soon as we opened the door. Great kitchen area, followed by a spacious living area with four couches. The outside/pool area with two gazebos was well used. Pool towels also provided. Plus an outside table where we had all our meals. Upstairs are four air conditioned bedrooms with comfy beds and nice linen. The towels where big and soft. From the breezy outside veranda you can view the grand cathedral adjacent. A Woolies and lots of places to buy food of all kinds are close by. Our friendly host Steven was quick to respond to all my questions. Nothing was a problem. He let us keep our packed trailer in his garage till later in the day, after we checked out, which was very helpful. We loved this house, big and roamy for 10 people. Highly recommend and hope to come again for a longer stay.

Great place to stay. Beach access just around the corner:I enjoyed sunrise there. We really love the environment area: enjoyed the pool game. What really impressed me is the food left for us. On the time we arrived we were so hungry and was about to go shopping,but we just made fried eggs with bacon that John left for us. This was a really generous gesture. Also pantry looks amazing. So we'll organised and fridge full of cold drinks was also really great things to have! Close to main town area, just 5 min drive. We would love to return one day. Thank you John for impressive hospitality!
