This space is just as described and looks just like the photos. I wasn’t expecting it to be attached to their home; I’m sure it was stated in the description, but we missed it. However, I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. The space is very private. Uber and Lyft pick up and drop off to this location. It’s about a 13 minute drive from Broadway.

Great little place! Feels like a little romantic getaway. The backyard is beautiful and well kept and the hot tub was amazing! The kitchen sink is quite small if you plan on doing any large cooking. You can get it done, but it’s a little extra work!

Very nice place. We really enjoyed our stay here. It is convenient to almost everything in Nashville but far enough away from the busyness of the city to relax. It was very quiet there and we heard no noise from the neighbors. The beds were comfortable and place was clean. Having 2.5 baths was great to have when everyone was getting dressed.

Katie's place was exactly how it was described, I felt like I was at home. The patio in the morning with a fresh cup of coffee was superb. The esthetics of the apartment were well thought out and very creative.The location was 6-8mins from dtown depending on the traffic, the outside would fool you on what your in store for on the inside, just because it a bit dated exteriorly and ducked off on the side. Katie was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed prior to arrival. I will certainly stay again.

Cool “Loft style” stay in the heart of the action! As shown and described. Easy in and out. Parking is a bit pricey, but appears to be the trend across the Broadway area of Nashville now. Might be worth it to park outside the area and ride share over to start the stay. Everything you want to do is easily walkable. Printers Alley is directly behind the building and Broadway is blocks away. Starbucks is next door for morning coffee with plenty of dining options close by.

A quick girls trip with my daughter and a couple friends. This house was perfect for us the back porch and hot tub are great very comfortable beds and a great location we felt very safe in this area. Autumn was very quick to respond the 2 times I reached out. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the location and comfort of the cottage! The bed may have been the most comfortable we’ve ever had, especially after a few nights of camping, and made it worth making time to just relax. We enjoyed being able to come and go easily, and interacting with the host and their pup. The shared backyard was a great space for our pup to enjoy and he was welcomed with open arms. We loved the neighborhood and would definitely stay again!

Roxie and Barb were absolutely wonderful hosts! They were quick to help us when we were in a pinch and desperate to find a place after our previous Airbnb cancelled on us in less than 48 hours to check in. Not only is this home gorgeous, unique, and spotless clean - the beds were so comfortable, they left us treats as a welcome gift, and it is THE MOST well stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen at an Airbnb before. Beautiful neighborhood, we walked to dinner, breakfast and for ice cream. 12 minute drive to broadway, easy parking, fenced in yard for our dogs - I won’t stay anywhere else. I was sad to leave this home! You won’t regret booking this place

Highly recommend this Airbnb! The hosts were great and very responsive. The location is perfect!
