Beautiful new build in an awesome location, close to the beach, ice stadium and amenities. Friendly neighbour at number 1. Super handy have a key pad to access the home too! Great host that was replied immediately when we reported existing damage and parking issues upon arrival - we didn’t check in until late! Home had everything we needed and was super clean! Beds were so comfy!!! Kids loved the board games too.

The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was friendly, responsive, and gave great local recommendations. Highly recommended—would love to stay again!

The apartment was very clean with new furniture and new kitchen/bathroom, which was fantastic. The walk wasn't as 'flat' as I thought it would be (I guess it's all relative though, especially in hilly Dunedin!). The description of a fully stocked kitchen 'to ensure the comforts of home' was a little bit inaccurate as there was not much other than tea, coffee, sugar (for example, no paper towels, no plastic storage containers etc). The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable for my family of 4, however the sofa was only big enough for 2 adults. It was missing some finishing touches like a rug in the living area, cushions, throw blankets, hall stands etc. All that said, it was a nice apartment, just not as cosy or homely as some of the others I've stayed in while in NZ.

Honestly? The best Airbnb we stayed during our trip in NZ! Very high end furnitures and appliances. Beautiful and unique details. So far. it's the first place I really felt at home.

Lovely, well appointed place with a great view. Very comfortable for 2 people. Likely need a car to get around and to restaurants and shops.

We‘ve had a pleasant stay in this cozy little house. The location is excellent. Although it is just a few minutes of walk to the big Queens Park or the main streets in the city center, the house is located at a smaller side street, so there‘s not much traffic noise either. A parking spot is available too. The kitchen is very well equipped, maybe even better than my own at home. Even some electric kitchen appliances are available, so if restaurants are not your thing, you can make your own 4 course meal right here. There is a heat pump with a strong fan and even heated blankets in the bed, so sleeping at night was warm and cozy. A washer and dryer with washing detergent was available too. Our host Jenny was friendly and responsive and even left a list with things to see and eatery recommendations. If I could improve one thing, it would be having a warmer light colour, especially in the bedroom. Otherwise an awesome place to stay. I would like to come back.

our stay was fine. this is not a flash air b n b but very homey and clean and comfy which was all we needed as we were out most days .

Neat and tidy comfortable stay for age of property. Very comfortable bed and coverings. Was warm quiet...bonus having garage acess.

Kathleen was a great host the fruit basket and muffins were well appreciated. The location is not far from the city centre but it is on a huge hill so walking back could be a problem, we chose to drive. It is next to a beautiful deer park

Отличная уютная квартира (если честно больше даже дом). Светлая, чистая. Очень удобная кровать с мягким одеялом, полностью обустроенная кухня, есть стиральная машина. Квартира в идеальной локации в 2х минутах от самого центра города. В конце марта было прохладно, в комнате включали кондиционер и обогреватель, а в ванной и на кухне было прохладно)

A perfect place to stay on the peninsula. 15 mins drive to central Dunedin and 5 mins to Port Chalmers. Just a short walk down to Sawyers Bay. Beautiful views. The wee unit was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. I really appreciated having tea and coffee and milk provided. Thanks Trixie!

We loved our stay here. It worked so well for us with whole bottom floor of the house with great spacious well-equipped kitchen, separate bathroom, bedroom and lounge. We enjoyed the two large comfortable couches in the lounge and especially enjoyed sitting and looking out onto the secluded garden space. Liz was friendly and very responsive to any request. We love the area especially with the views and very close access to all the walks in the Ross Creek Reservoir Reserve.

This is a great place to stay. Linzi has thought of absolutely everything. It's cosy and homely with a great kitchen for cooking. The shower is fantastic and the beds are super comfy with beautiful bedding. We were here on cold days, and it was well heated, including underfloor heating in the bathroom. Linzi turned the heating on before we got there, so it was wonderfully warm on arrival. If you're on the fence about staying here then don't be, this place is awesome!

Mike’s place was the perfect spot for our family getaway — brilliant location and very family-friendly. Our 2-year-old could easily walk to the Octagon, and everything was just as described. Communication was clear and smooth throughout. A great choice for a night away with the family!

The apartment was in a beautiful building and looked historical to me and exactly like the pictures. Fully Equipped kitchen, and I had the pleasure to use the new stove 😊. There are plenty of dishes, bowls, silverware and cookware. If you’re a Farmer market lover like me the apartment is 8 minutes’ walk to the market. The Octagon is 15 minutes (short legs😊). Chinese garden and Queens Garden are 5 minutes. My boys loved the private heated Jacuzzi it was on charming rooftop terrace with stunning city and hills views. The location is very quiet. Suzie the host was very caring and sweet. Thank you Suzie.💐

This was a great spot for our group to stay in. Mike was very helpful with the booking process and working out how much space we needed. We had the main house plus two smaller cottages and were very happy with the accommodation. Easy walk in to town and back.

We absolutely loved our stay! The unit was clean, has stunning views and was very peaceful and relaxing! We really appreciated the kitchen being stocked with fresh milk, orange juice and muesli! It was lovely to come back to a spa at the end of the day after adventuring around The Catlins. Thank you Lisa :)
