This place is 10/10!!! I don’t think I’ve stayed at a better equipped, or better cared-for Airbnb. We were so happy with this place. The apartment is very spacious—the bedroom, kitchen, and family room are very roomy. But then there’s also the screened-in patio AND the outdoor patio. So much space! The bed is comfy. It is absolutely silent and so peaceful. It’s so clean, too. Super convenient and super close to everything-shops, the beach, the pool, the bars and restaurants, and the grocery store. And lastly, the host is fantastic. So nice and friendly and quick to respond. Incredibly reasonable and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

The place was spotless, which is a big plus for my wife. Location was perfect, easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the supermarket. The pool area was really nice as well. Never busy. It was a bonus he had beach chairs and an umbrella because they're expensive to rent for the day. We were told $75. You don't need a car, but if you plan to visit different beaches, then think about renting because taxi service is expensive. $33 each way for the airport. $45 each way to Sapodilla, and Taylor bay beaches. It can add up to a car rental really quick. James was very responsive and answered all our questions. He allowed us to check in earlier, which was a bonus. We had an amazing time. Would definitely rent it again, if we ever go back. You won't be disappointed if you stay at James's Place.

This is a perfect rental on TCI. Do not hesitate to book it. The location is ideal and just a 10 minute drive from the airport. I recommend a car if you want to explore, but you can easily access great beaches and restaurants just by foot. The hosts provided many excellent recommendations and made my last minute trip so easy. The space itself is incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and so well-appointed. They had plenty of kitchen supplies, linens, toiletries, and everything you need for the beach. I can’t wait to return!

Paul was an excellent host. He was responsive and was quick to handle any requests. The condo is in a great location within close distance to Graceway Gourmet, the Ritz, Grace Bay Beach, Ports of Call resort, and many shops and restaurants. No car is needed if you’re just wanting to explore the Grace Bay Area. The condo itself is clean and looks like the photos. No issues with noise. Blackout blinds throughout the unit. Mattress is somewhat soft but still comfortable. The pool is warm and there are many loungers as well!

You could not ask for a better location or a better host...proactive in letting you know everything about the place, it's surroundings, and any questions you might have before travel. Plenty of beach chairs to use, coolers, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and the list goes on. Kids loved the pool which you could see right outside the window. I honestly do not have one complaint about the place and would definitely would stay again!

Had a wonderful trip to T&C and Tim’s place was just perfect for us. Looks just like the pics, easy to find, super clean. If you love marinas and are looking for a quieter stay than the big resorts this is the perfect spot. I walked the docks multiple times a day and saw tons of sea turtles, jellyfish, barracuda and even a few small rays. Hummingbirds in the beautiful flowers that surround the complex. A short drive to the downtown & resorts. Several great restaurants are just a few minutes walk from the condo and a great beach/snorkel spot. We really loved our stay and Tim was a fantastic host :) thank you!

Wonderful place to stay while in Turks. My wife and I were here for 5 days. Perfect location near the water and other restaurant options. Pool onsite was nice. Onsite gym for those looking to workout on vacation.

Sean was very responsive from the minute I made the reservation. Once we arrived he was very helpful and always checked in. He provided us with so many great dinning options and activities. I would definitely book with him. It was a pleasure and I enjoyed my stay.

Great space! Clean, felt safe (gated complex, well lit, respectful other guests/tenants). Quiet, comfortable, reasonably priced. The AC nice and cold, pool was amazing and almost unused (except by us!). Karen provides lots of amenities such as sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, a wagon to cart them in. Cannot go wrong staying here!!

We had a wonderful stay Yoshi’s place! Close to the beach and restaurant. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful location in a condo resort on the beach. Several miles from the next building, surrounded by greenery and the sea. Very nice beach, pool and hot tub. Easy to cook in the kitchen. Nice balcony. Good AC or windows/ceiling fans. Very nice other guests.

Perfect location with an easy walk to the beach, along with restaurants, groceries, and shopping nearby. The condo had just about everything one could need for a day at the beach, and was well stocked with appliances and tableware, plus shower, laundry, and coffee items. The front sitting area and condo pool also served as great spaces for relaxing. We had issues with the door keypad but Keno was responsive and helped sort out an alternative means of entry. Excellent value for the price!

We loved our stay here. The complex is situated on a little hill which produces a beautiful view. The location was great-away from the more commercial area, but close enough to walk to local restaurants, the beach, and great snorkeling. Also we never felt unsafe walking to/from any of the places we visited, even in the evening. And even though we were there over spring break for some, the property remained quiet and clean for our visit. Overall it was a really great trip and stay!

Very comfortable spot. Nice beach, very nice pool and hot tub. The grounds of the resort were beautiful and well cared for. A little bit of a drive to most of the restaurants and even better beaches. Everything seems to be about 20 to 25 min. away, partially on a gravel road, but that was no problem. We liked getting out and tooling around the island. Sapodilla bay was our favorite. All and all a great place to stay!

The condo was perfect for the two of us. The location is central to everything and felt really safe throughout our stay. It’s only a short walk to the beach and great snorkeling spots, nice restaurants, and the view from the condo is just amazing. The bed was comfy, had all the basics in the kitchen and bathroom, and all the beach equipment you could ever need! Evelyne, the site manager was so accommodating that it made our stay even more enjoyable. Honestly couldn’t have booked a better place in TCI.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grandview! The location was amazing, right on grace bay and a 2 minute walk to the grace bay club that has amazing restaurants! Easy drive to a grocery store and more restaurants. The Grandview is super family friendly and the condo is spacious, clean, quiet and has beautiful views of the ocean. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would love to return!

This place was incredible! It’s more spacious than the photos show and there’s a beautiful and quiet beach within 5 minutes walking distance. Smith’s Reef is only a 10 minute walk away. Grace Bay beach is about a 15 minute drive and there’s an easy route that stays off the highway. It has all the amenities needed and the corner balcony is awesome! We loved everything about the condo and were sad to leave!

We had a great stay in Bliss 101, Turtle Cove. The whole experience from booking through to check out was so easy. The condo was exactly as described and so Much space :-) Nico was extremely responsive to our messages as was Josephine during our stay. We hadn’t realised that you really do Need a car in this resort for example for grocery shopping but that was easily rectified with a quick visit to Scooter Bob’s whose office is a 10 minute walk. The guide that was sent to use before we arrived was invaluable and provided lots of information and recommendations of places to eat and visit. We would highly recommend Mango Tree in the marina and Shark Bite, also in the marina is fun for a few drinks and the food’s not bad either :-)

Great location. Easy walk to restaurants, grocery store and beach. Central area to tourist attractions and nightly hot spots. We did not rent a car and cab service was btwn $12 and $35 (airport transport and jetski activity was most expensive).

We had a great stay! The apartment is very conveniently located, kids loved the heated pool on the property. The apartment itself was wonderful - we had everything we needed and more! Would love to come back!
