Our family stayed here for a mini getaway. There's loads to due near this property (within a ten minute drive) for kids and adults alike. The rain spoiled some of our outside plans which was more than OK with us because Dillon's place was so CLEAN, comfortable, quiet, well maintained/cared for, and roomy. We stayed in and BBQ'ed on the provided gas grill, built a fire in the provided fire pit, and roasted marshmallows/s'mores (provided by the wonderful host as well). We went to the Blueberry Hill restaurant for breakfast (one of many suggestions in Dillon's well put together guidebook) and the food was FABULOUS! Great job Dillon! You're the epitome of hospitality! We look forward to another stay!

This apartment is breathtakingly beautiful. It is spotless clean. The environment is so calm and relaxing. I had the most beautiful time here. It looks exactly like the pictures. It’s so clean and smells so beautiful. In a quiet neighborhood that’s a walking distance to all the places. Pamela is so sweet and responsive to all questions and requests. I am definitely going to come back to this place. The best Airbnb ever❤️

The Apartment is very nice and well furnished. Easy access and Beautiful area. Costanza was very friendly and helpful. Would most definitely stay again!

The task of reviewing Bosun's Crack is challenging. Not because we didn't enjoy ourselves— but because whatever review that we submit will appear as pedestrian riff-raff from the hoi polloi, compared to Julian's ebulliently hospitable guide that he very much proactively shared with us several days before our arrival— featuring a comprehensive overview of Kingston's most trafficked trading posts, which definitely made our stay much more enjoyable that it would have been otherwise! We'll elaborate. From the Jacques-Louis David shower curtain and the certifiably delightful towel dryer in the bathroom, to the Passolini prints and plentiful picks of pasta— the attention to details were both fantastical and bucolic. Our dog loved the nookish alcove and may have annoyed the friendly cat upstairs, but we couldn't tell! Don't stay here, because we would prefer to keep this place clandestine for those who truly will appreciate the experience. But stay here, because it's eclectically lovely.

Jean's apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook dinner there one night and have all of the oils and seasonings that we needed to make the meal.

This place was our home for 3 months. Moving from AZ to NY was challenging, and Marin's AirBnB gave us time to fully settle. The place has everything we needed, the block is quiet and peaceful. Ashley (neighbor/ tenant upstairs) is absolutely amazing. She made an already good experience, and made it a great one. We specially want to thank her for her warm welcome.

I don’t how many times now I stayed at Regine’ place , I don’t know if it’s the lovely beautiful or her wonderful guest care that keep me coming back. Thanks Regine you are the best. 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfy apartment in downtown Brattleboro. It was close to restaurants and lots of interesting shops. Highly recommended!

Faisal was extremely responsive throughout our stay. we loved the indoor pool and the game tables. there was a nice selection. The rooms were nice. It was great that the bedrooms were on the same floor as the living room, dining room and kitchen. We came with an elderly person and they were able to make their way around the house. my son asked if he can use the fire pit out in back and he was able to. he collected wood from the side of the house. nice location. we really enjoyed our stay.

This is an absolutely beautiful home with plenty of space for 6 people. Highly recommend staying here if you’re a musician, the jam space was wonderful and fostered a lot of creativity!

We stayed at Julian's place with 2 other families, total of 10 people(6 adults, 4 kids) during spring break. It has a lot of amenity to entertain both kids and adults in this spacious home. We literally did not leave the house for the entire 2 nights we stayed there. Highly recommended!!

This Airbnb deserves 5 stars across the board in every category. This home was the perfect stay for a group of friends or family to getaway and relax for a weekend (or longer). We stayed here during the winter, but everyone loved it so much we were saying how we should come back in the Summer! The entire house is so comfy! The couches, chairs, blankets etc just made it such a nice relaxing stay. Also the arcade / movie theater basement was so much fun!!! We really loved that there were smart TVs in every room that could be logged into whatever streaming service you prefer. Also the bathrooms were immaculate, absolute dream bathroom near the master bedroom. I would also love to mention the mudroom, this house has a no shoes policy which is super easy when they have a beautiful roomy entry way with HEATED FLOORS. William and Giselle have really focused on the little details in each and every room and it really shows. Thank you again for an amazing stay.

I must say that Peri's home is simply perfect, simply beautiful and simply peaceful. Everything in the home was just as described in the listing, refrigerator worked perfectly, beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and the communication with Peri was truly top notch. My family and I had a great time here, that we are already thinking of when to go back. I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone.

Stayed on Sacket Lake for a week with family and friends. Tabitha was super responsive and helpful as a host, answering all our questions quickly and giving helpful recommendations for our stay. The house was cozy; and the basement lounge area was lots of fun. The lake view from the dinner table and windows made every morning pleasant and lake nights in the hot tub were so relaxing. Would definitely recommend for anyone considering a catskills retreat.
