The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. Lynwood Studio Apartment

Lynwood Studio is a cosy, self contained studio apartment attached to the main house. It was originally a garage which has now been converted. The studio is a 10-minute walk away from Hinchley Wood Village. This includes Hinchley Wood train station where the journey to London Waterloo takes just 30 minutes. The K3 bus stop is a 5-minute walking distance from the studio, taking you directly into Kinston Upon Thames, Surbiton, Claygate and Esher. We are also a 10 minute drive to Hampton Court.

Relax in this modern, calm, stylish space, a new addition integral to our family home. Parking on road. The living area has a very comfortable sofa bed. We are 12 mins walk from Sunbury Main line train station with trains direct to London or short bus ride to Feltham station with fast trains to London Waterloo. Close to Heathrow airport, Kew Gardens, Hampton Court, Twickenham, BP village. 10 minutes walk from the village with good pubs and restaurants. Walking distance to Kempton Park.

Kick back and relax/work in this calm, stylish space. Our bright and spacious flat has all modern amenities such as a washer/dryer, fast wifi, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a spacious private bathroom as well as a beautiful balcony that can be used all summer long. Near is access to Acton Central and Turnham Green stations (both within a 15 min walk and airport convenient) as well as many convenient bus routes-- it is very easy to get into central London from here, about 30 mins!

This quiet studio is a 15 minute walk from Ewell West train station for a 35 minute direct train to Waterloo. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the town centre and the charming Grumpy Mole at the Amato is a 2 min walk. Chessington World of Adventures is 15 mins by car. Free off road parking for one car.
