Fantastic location and clean rooms. The swimming pool was well maintained with constant cleaning and filteration. The location is what makes this place fantastic, Only point being, the kitchen wasn't clean enough, but it didn't matter as we never had any intention to cook or make anything. Looking forward to visit again.

We had a great time staying in this 2BH unit for our family vacation with 8 people. The apartment was clean, cozy, and in a nice, quiet spot. The only thing to note is that while there are two bedrooms, the beds are really only suitable for 2 people. But no worries—Mr. Firoz, the manager, took care of everything for us and provided extra mattresses and bedding so everyone had a comfy place to sleep. What truly made this stay stand out was the exceptional service provided by the property manager, Mr. Firoz. Special credit goes to him for his responsiveness, and genuine hospitality. From the moment we checked in, he ensured everything was smooth, promptly attended to our requests, and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. Thanks to Mr. Firoz and his dedication, we felt well taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. And Mr. Pronoy, the host, was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed for

The stay was wonderful, no words can describe the love shown by the Jilshoy's family they were so sweet. They took care of us like their own family. They were so flexible to our adjustments. There were two big rooms and a hall, kitchen with two bathrooms. The place is well situated just besides of Kozhikode-kannur Highway and the banks of the River(where we can take a relaxing morning walks) and beaches are near by. Will be experiencing the authentic peaceful Kerala house stay. I can confidently say this is one of the top stays with affordable price in Kozhikode. Jilshoy's family cooks yummy authentic home made healthy Kerala food. Their payasam and fish curries are must try. Overall the experience is so great that next time whenever I visit Kozhikode, Ocen Pearl - Jilshoy's Is the go to place for me to stay. A great place at the centre of Wayanad. Easily accessible from all sides. It would be great if you have your vehicle easy to roam around and reach where you want. I had my own vehicle so it was the easiest. Vinodh the manager is the best. Soft spoken and always ready to help any time of the day or night. The apartment is a true gem! Feels like home away from home. Came with my family and had a wonderful stay waking up to stunning mountain views. The kids enjoyed playing the games and in the pool. The property is clean and well maintained. Convenient self checkin and ample parking space. The property is really safe and hence would recommend for families. The host Sabeesh was also very helpful throughout our stay. Near to many tourist spots. Overall amazing!

We had an amazing time staying at Nikhil's place. It had quiet and peaceful surroundings, full of nature all around. The rooms were quite spacious and well equipped, with several extra mattresses provided as well along with television with home theatre. There was immense space outside the house as well for relaxing in nature or bonfire etc. Nikhil was an amazing host. He always helped us whenever we had any issues/queries regarding our trip. He even designed an itinerary for us. Highly recommended!
