It’s an amazing place. Pancho Villa was excellent with cute details all around. Ronda was excellent at communicating throughout our stay. Her animals make the whole place super lively. Highly recommended!!

We had a great time! Jim was super helpful and welcoming and the campground was beautiful. Lots of stuff to explore and friendly people. The camper was perfect and just like the photos and description!

Jason‘s place was amazing, it was just like he mentioned in the ad. Super cozy and cute, 10 out of 10. He’s super responsive and very detailed about instructions. The location is incredible, just minutes away from everything in Austin basically. I’m going back to Austin in a couple of weeks, I’m definitely gonna stay there if it’s available.

What a fabulous place and stay. We will 100% be coming back annually. Our 6 year old daughter got to wake up, walk outside and pet horses or feed bunnies by hand. I can’t recommend this place or Helen enough. It’s an absolute gem and unique experience!

Jeff's place was so cute and cozy. His place is within walking distance to the famous Valentine Texas Bar. His place has a nice outdoor seating area to sit outside and relax and look up at all the beautiful stars. We will definately stay again.

Michelle and Mark's home was wonderful. Especially enjoyed sitting on their front porch, watching the wildlife. They were wonderful company, kind and generous hosts.

Great RV experience for a 1st-timer. Felt like being on the trails in the days of old albeit stationary. Thanks for giving my first and lasting experience of what it feels like to live in one.

Had an absolutely lovely experience! The accommodations were exactly as featured and the area was stunning and peaceful. Travis was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this site to anyone.

I booked this very last minute for my family and I. We absolutely loved it. 😊 It was easy to get into, river access IS STEEP but we were expecting that from the booking info. (Don't recommend for elderly or older crowd.) We were able to tie our floats to a little tree near the river access and have a beautiful time. It was very peaceful, clean and organized. Beds were so so comfortable, pillows as well. Air conditioning was great. The main bedroom has its own little air conditioning, the white noise is phenomenal to sleep to. We used the fire pit and bbq pit. Highly recommend for younger or active families or crowds. Kasie was very responsive to any questions or concerns.

Judy is an AMAZING host and has a great set up. The RV was very well kept and the beds are comfortable. Her pool area is beautiful and while we did not have the time to enjoy it she showed us around and can't wait to come back to use it another time! She is super helpful and a fantastic communicator. Easy check in and easy check out. We will be back!

Unique, serene, beautiful, & CLEAN!! The Airstream had all our priorities for a great place to stay: super clean, cold A/C, hot shower with great water pressure, and a comfortable bed. After running trails at Lake Bob Sandlin this place was our oasis. We especially loved having a fire pit. The hosts are proactive in communication. Checkin was smooth- the gate code was right and the key box was easily found. Loved this place SO much!

Great place to relax and unwind to a peaceful oasis ..literally. James the owner has definitely put a lot of hard work and dedication to make this place an incredible blessing of a getaway. There are many ponds throughout the property and a nice medium sized lake to swim, fish and kayak in. Dom , was very helpful and keeps the property incredibly maintained . We had family staying at Camp Fimfo, it was only 8 minutes away. The place was super clean and cozy plus a quick drive to Gruene or New Braunfels. It had everything we needed and the A/C was great. Peaceful, really enjoyed our stay.

I enjoyed my stay and I think my little dachshund did too! The animals and the pond were just a plus to the whole place and early in the morning and late in the afternoon the deer are really cool to not only watch but take pictures, you’ll even laugh here and there when you get to see the dogs play tag with the animals they have on the property.

Peaceful, all are very friendly and interesting and very helpful. Did not need anything or want anything that was not provided... Beautiful people and interesting and helpful and friendly

My grandson and I absolutely loved this place! Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful surroundings. The camper was roomy and comfortable. Fishing dock was great and we caught lots of fish. Our host was sweet and let us extend our stay. Everything was perfect for us. Definitely looking forward to staying again.

Beautiful location! It was very private and quiet and the front porch was the perfect spot for your morning coffee! This place had everything you needed and more! Definitely worth staying!

I had a wonderful stay while camping. Plenty of wildlife, stopping by camp and visiting. I got to fly my kite and we saw some kayakers and some people fishing. Excellent place to get away and relax and regroup.

Had a good stay. Beat the noise and traffic of staying in a hotel. Would stay again if I’m ever back.

Someone else said this was better than a hotel and we agree! The beds were good and we were able to sleep well. The houses are spread far apart, so it was private, even though it was in their driveway. It’s really best if we have a small kitchen since we travel with dogs so this fit the bill. TJ responded very quickly to our texts. I had accidentally left something and TJ was able to quickly mail it to me! Much appreciated!

it's a quite place and having the laundry place there is really convenient I highly recommend the place
