Welcome to our cosy private studio in the Cherry Hinton area of Cambridge. Our studio has everything you need for a comfortable short stay. The property is located 3 miles from the city centre in a quiet neighbourhood with access to the property separate from the main house. Parking is available at the property. The A14 is 3 minutes away and the M11 is under 10 minutes. Having always been Cambridge residents, we are very knowledgeable about the local area and can provide lots of tips.

The Studio

The Studio is perfectly located in Cambridge city centre. Available for stays for one person. It is small but cosy! Comprises of one room with it's own toilet/shower. It has its own entrance for occupants to come and go as they please. TV/Wifi are available along with a small fridge and kettle. The use of Hercules and Hera (bikes) are also available with a deposit. 30 minutes walk to the Biomedical Campus. 5 minutes walk to a bus for the Wellcome Genome campus or city centre.

Our 28m² Garden Studio is a 3-minute walk from the scenic Cam River and conveniently located near the heart of Cambridge. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.
