Went looking for a place to stay, found what felt like a second home. A great place and a great host. 10/10

We enjoyed our stay and loved being able to have our family there with us. It was nice to be able to host family that we had not seen for months. It was very close to The Barn where we celebrated our nephew's wedding. The house was beautiful and we very much enjoyed our stay. We even had the opportunity to walk downtown to shop. Thanks so much!!

Excellent value and totally as described/pictured! Communication was great and the electronic deadbolt worked easily. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. There were a couple nit-picky things that could have been better: Several dishes in the cabinets were clearly not washed, not a light in the place had a dimmer (we ended up unscrewing a bunch of bulbs to compensate), and the steam room in the clubhouse doesn't work (big bummer for me). But overall we had a great time and would recommend!

We stayed here for a bachelor party. The house was very nice with nice amenities. It was an easy drive to downtown Deadwood. Peter was very responsive in answering questions we came across from when we booked to when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying at Dawn’s home. Very comfortable Airbnb in a great location for snowmobiling, skiing, 4 wheeling or just enjoying the black hills. Dawn is quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend this place!

The house was as described and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment we needed. The views were amazing and we saw a few deer wandering around, too. We would definitely recommend - it was perfect for a group of six (3 adult couples), with room to spare!

This place was absolutely perfect, everything was amazing from the ease of check in to the cleanliness of the home. It was well stocked with anything you could need while staying there & the location is perfect for anything you want to do in the Deadwood area.. We would highly recommend this place... Great wildlife, quiet area, minutes from downtown Lead & Deadwood. People near home 🏡 very nice and helpful. Had lots of viewing options on the television 📺 including Netflix and Tubi. Did need to air it out, some windows were quite stiff. The swamp cooler worked just as well as a window air-conditioner, ceiling fans helped circulate air. Nice area for our pet to walk around, conveniently located out of a door in the second bedroom. Plenty of linens, towels. Great library of books to peruse. Lots of thoughtful little details such as a pair of scissors ✂️ and nail cutters, just incase one forgot their's. Games too. After a rocky bit of a start had a wonderful stay and visit to the twin towns. Thank you for allowing us to stay. ✌️
