Very pretty converted barn in the heart of Kent. Completely private and self-contained providing you the ability to easily enjoy a socially distanced holiday. Take a long soak in our freestanding tub in the master bedroom; curl up on the super comfy sofa and indulge in our huge DVD collection; delve into the board game basket; enjoy the lovely bright living space; or cook up a storm in the well stocked kitchen. You enjoy the whole cottage to yourselves - with your own front door so you can come and go as you please. There's free and very quick wifi accessible throughout. The large kitchen is equipped with most of the implements you'll need for your stay, including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. The contents of the welcome hamper varies seasonally, but always includes fresh bread, butter, milk and lots of other delicious bits. The cupboards are stocked with cereals, tea, coffee, spreads and basic condiments. There's a big open plan dining and living space. With a super comfy sofa (please keep the dogs off though!), DVD player (with lots of things to watch) and free-sat TV (over 200 TV channels). There is a toddler high chair in the dining area but if you require one suitable for a younger child please ask and we will do our best to accommodate. There are two big kingsize double bedrooms, with an en-suite bathroom (WC, sink and shower) in both. The bigger bedroom also has a freestanding bath within the room for a luxurious soak. Towels, cosy robes and bubble bath provided. There's a lovely garden which you're welcome to enjoy during your stay (as is your dog), complete with a table and chairs to eat outside if the weather allows! If you do bring your dog however please pick up after them! You enjoy the whole cottage to yourself - with your own front door and key so you can come and go as you please. I'm very responsive to airbnb messages and texts, so do contact me on either with any questions. I'll always be in touch prior to your arrival to make sure you're clear on check in process and directions. We'll be there regularly during your stay for anything you need and recommendations, but there's also a folder full of information in the cottage. The Old Barn is situated in the lovely village of Great Chart with two fantastic pubs just a minutes walk away. It's surrounded by wonderful countryside, historic buildings, great shopping, brilliant beaches, great places to eat & vineyards aplenty. Great Chart is less than 10 minutes drive from Ashford International Train Station where there’s usually plenty of taxis available. Trains leave approximately every half an hour to and from London St Pancras and take just 37 minutes (there are slower trains to other London stations too). You can also board a train at Ashford to Paris, which takes only 2 hours. The village is 10 minutes from the M20, there is parking for one car at the cottage, and plenty more free parking on the Street. We are also 30 minutes drive to Folkestone which is just a 35 minute channel crossing to Calais, and 45 minutes to Dover where the ferry departs for there also, so the perfect location if you’re breaking up the drive to France! There is free and very quick wifi available throughout the property. Our standard check in time is anytime after 4pm, and check out is by 10am on the day you leave. If you'd like to check in earlier or check out later, this is sometimes possible, but there is an additional fee of £10 per check in/out which is payable in cash on arrival. Sadly we can't always offer early check in or late check out, so please contact me to confirm availability. All early check ins or late check outs have to be agreed with me prior to arrival. Perfectamente situado en Tenterden High Street. Casa victoriana adosada para un máximo de 4 huéspedes, con aparcamiento privado. A poca distancia a pie de muchas tiendas de antigüedades, bonitas tiendas benéficas, cafeterías, pubs, microcervecería, estación de tren de vapor. 2 supermercados. Excelente base para explorar la zona, con castillos, playas, jardines, viñedos y aeródromo, todo a poca distancia en coche. Hay muchos lugares del National Trust cerca. Little House tiene calefacción, estufa de leña, lavadora secadora y lavavajillas. Selección de DVD y libros.

El granero está en los terrenos de nuestra casa del siglo XV, pero muy privado. Está decorado en estilo rústico moderno, con calefacción por suelo radiante y una estufa de leña. En el exterior hay un pozo para hacer fogatas para asar nubes de azúcar y observar las estrellas antes de meterse en la cama tamaño king, vestida con suave algodón egipcio. Hay una ducha de efecto lluvia, albornoces, libros, DVD, juegos, wifi y un televisor inteligente. Aléjate para explorar bosques, jardines, viñedos, castillos y casas del National Trust.

Ronbeams, Centro de la ciudad, Tenterden

Una casa engañosamente espaciosa, (aprox. 230 metros cuadrados), peculiar, bien modernizada, propiedad del siglo XVII, ofrece alojamiento para hasta 8 personas y ofrece una zona de entrada con lavadero, 4 dormitorios dobles/con dos camas individuales, 3 baños/duchas, cocina/comedor grande y una sala de estar y un balcón en el dormitorio principal, y un parque justo enfrente. Situado en la calle arbolada del antiguo pueblo mercado, conocido como la «joya de Kent». Ronbeams también ofrece aparcamiento para 1 coche cerca.

Bungalow de un dormitorio, luminoso y espacioso, recién reformado y autónomo, con patio cerrado exclusivo, jardín y césped. A 20 minutos de las arenas de Camber y Rye. A solo diez minutos a pie de la vibrante calle principal de Tenterdens, con sus tradicionales pubs, tiendas boutique y restaurantes de Kent, pero disfrutando de acceso a las tierras de cultivo circundantes. Plaza de aparcamiento. Cocina totalmente equipada, tumbonas, asientos al aire libre. Se admiten perros con acuerdo previo. Caja fuerte para llaves.

Setts Wood Cottage, Tenterden

Sett Wood Cottage es una espaciosa casa de campo ubicada en una calle privada y tranquila, a solo un par de millas de Tenterden con vistas a la iglesia. Perfectamente situado para explorar Tenterden y los pueblos circundantes, pero a poca distancia en coche de Rye, Camber Sands y varias otras playas. Hastings y Battle están a solo 30 minutos. La estación internacional de Ashford se encuentra a 19 kilómetros con trenes rápidos tanto a Londres como al continente. Cerca de 3 viñedos muy conocidos.

Skywood Barn is a tranquil and peaceful contemporary home, featuring a double height window in the main open plan space overlooking a pretty pond. The barn is secluded and views from the rest of the house are of fields and woodland surrounding the property. By May 2022 we will have finished installing the new deck which will give the perfect spot to soak up the sun or take a cool dip. Gather around the fire pit at night to keep warm whilst having drinks or toasting marshmallows.

The Lodge

1300 sq. ft of spacious, modern accommodation situated half an hour from J 10 on the M20, and half-way between Tenterden and Rye. It's a short drive to the great Camber Sands Beach. 40 minutes or so from the Eurotunnel - we have often gone to Paris for lunch!! Lots to do in the area - Kentish vineyards, National Trust and English Heritage properties, a real steam railway a few miles away, a leisure centre, beauty spas, local museum, McArthur Glen Outlet in Ashford and lots more.

Los viñedos de Chapel Down y Biddenden están a poca distancia en coche, así como bosques, jardines, castillos y propiedades del fideicomiso nacional.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
