They were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful hosts, the accommodations were comfortable, clean, and beautiful, and the neighborhood was lovely and walkable with lots to do. What a lovely stay we had at Bill and Judy's! Everything you could want and more! Comfortable beds, ample amenities for our needs, and kind and friendly hosts. We were not there more than to shower and sleep as we had a busy schedule in the city - but how amazing it was to come home to this beautiful and comfortable space and get a great, quiet night of sleep. So peaceful and such a beautiful setting. You can tell that lots of effort was put into anticipating guests needs, which was so thoughtful and appreciated. Definitely a top Airbnb stay for us! The bed: one of the comfiest beds/mattresses I’ve ever had the pleasure of sleeping on. Very plush. Like a cloud. Location: phenomenal. Easy walking distance to some bars and restaurants. Safe enough to walk to late at night. Decor/amenities: meh. You’re not staying here for the decor or the amenities. Just a good nights rest convenient to whatever you’ve come to Nashville to experience. 10/10 value. Would stay here again.

This home was very clean and comfortable. No stove to cook, but the microwave and coffee maker were all that I needed. Amazing view off the back porch with trees and singing birds. I enjoyed my stay!

Franks place was easy to find, plenty of street side parking available and the apartment was a perfect stay for a few nights in Nashville. It was spotless and the kitchen was really well stocked if you want to cook/stay in. Also nice walking distance to Five Points and we also walked into Downtown no problem - Would recommend

We stayed for a concert at a venue about a half hour away. This was perfect for us. Although we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy all the extras, there were plenty available. The area is small & quaint and I would’ve loved to have had time to explore. We hope to come back and would love to stay again!

This location was so beautiful and very comfortable! Our hosts were friendly and responsive! They had wonderful food recommendations that led us to our new favorite pizza joint, Yogi’s! Check-in and out was so smooth with minimal requests that were super reasonable and easy to accomplish. We were so happy to spend our 10-year anniversary here and we are so grateful that they shared their home with us! We appreciate them letting us use the patio and fire pit and we have the best, most comfortable stay! Thank you!

This was the perfect place for what we needed. It was clean and in a great location. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond to any questions.

Super clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Kids loved the foosball table and the electric organ. Hot tub was a nice treat after a long day of driving. Would stay again!

Tina was very sweet. I really enjoyed this day trip and the bedding was so comfortable. It was like sleeping on a clouds the water pressure did almost take me out lol, but I absolutely loved it. I had a great stay at Mike and Ashley’s. Their place is clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. As hosts they are very responsive and accommodating. I would stay again without question. I highly recommend this place.

Staying at Janice’s was exceptional. The neighborhood is gorgeous and the golf course/lake views are stunning. Her space is comfortable, had every amenity we could need and the bed was just right with lots of (much desired) pillows! Janice was informative, helped us regroup when our original plans fell through and gave great suggestions for live music and food.

Clean, cozy, and peaceful. Just what we needed for a weekend of shopping and going to a show. It was easy to get to and navigate to our destinations. Great food nearby!

Roomy and bright with being in the basement of a home. Comfortable bed. Outside seating is now a couch with cushions, peaceful sitting out in the morning hearing the birds in a shaded space; which was pleasant even with temps hitting the high 80's during our stay. Take heed to the warning of hot water. It is a fine line between a hot or scalding shower! We would have preferred our own control of the apartments heat/air. We have family in Knoxville and are familiar with the area. Good location.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Nashville! The location was super convenient—just 10 to 15 minutes from everything I wanted to do. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, which made my trip even more enjoyable. The space itself was clean and well-kept, and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had. I’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed here with another couple and were so impressed with the privacy. Both of the couples had their own bedroom and en-suite bathroom. We didn’t need to get in contact with Kim much at all. We didn’t feel like our privacy lacked even though their primary residence is attached. We did have to cut our trip short, but that was due to severe weather going home and not to do with the beautiful home.

This space was a good fit for someone like me who lives a pedestrian lifestyle. There's a bus stop just down the street, and it's a location that Uber and Lyft drivers can get to quickly. A Kroger and Publix are within easy walking distance as well as several restaurants, ranging from sushi cuisine to Southern BBQ.

The cabin was as described. Nice cozy clean i will recommend its a place i would rent again i didnt want to leave i felt at home very private quite and peaceful my favorite was the back patio very beautiful veiw a place to sit and relax

Would stay here again. Comfy beds and pillows, clean, quiet. Coffee pot and Keurig available. Well stocked kitchen.
