We enjoyed our stay but wished there was a keurig coffee maker there as the coffee maker was a little complicated as I’ve not used one in so long lol 😆 but everything else was top notch !! We also enjoyed the new fire pit area, very nice !! Game room was the funnest part of our trip too! We didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub as the weather was too cold during our trip !

The host Mary Sue was wonderful. She was easy to communicate with and exceptionally helpful. The location was perfect and just what we needed! It is in a very pleasant neighborhood, and so close to the family members we were visiting. The apartment is also conveniently located to downtown Waynesville. The apartment is in the basement, and is quite comfortable. We had a wonderful visit.

This Airbnb is at a perfect location, only minutes away from Covenant College, where my children attend. I traveled with my elderly parents who have vision, mobility and short term memory impairments. There are LED lights in the ceilings and ample lighting throughout. The place was open which made it easy for my father to use his walker. There is a bathroom off the master bedroom so my father did not get confused in the middle of the night when he woke up to go to the bathroom; the bathroom was right there. There are two bathrooms so that I had privacy getting ready. There is also a large bedroom with a queen bed for me to use and a wonderful back porch. Jennie thought of everything, from hangers in the closet to a coffee and tea station with all the fixings. I truly could relax. I can't recommend this place enough.

Very clean and everything we needed for our stay. We needed a couple of extra linens and blankets and James brought them to us. He was also proactive in bringing us some (caffeinated)coffee, which we didn't even request but were grateful to have.

Great house in amazing location! The house has plenty of space and was stocked extremely well even for our large party. There are plenty of amenities within the house itself, such as a canoe, volleyball nets, ping-pong tables, a firepit and a grill, as well as in the surrounding area. Leah was responsive and easy to reach. It was a great weekend getaway and I would highly reccommend the house!

We loved staying in Jeremy and Janie’s cozy, lovely home. It was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed! There’s a hot tub in the back that we didn’t have time to use but would love to in the future!

This house looked exactly like the pictures, and the description was spot on. The neighborhood was peaceful and walkable, which made it easy to unwind and enjoy some quiet time. It was also conveniently located—not too far from stores and restaurants, so everything I needed was within reach.

We came for our nephews wedding and the house was a great place. Our family had space to spread out. We were very comfortable.

When visiting Leipers Fork area with dogs, this place is perfect! Michelle is a superhost, and we absolutely would stay again if in the area. Super comfortable king bed in bedroom, well appointed kitchen, and a lovely living room. Wonderful stay:)

Wonderful location for QuiltWeek: we used the complimentary trolley with stop near apt...Great parking! Spacious! We loved the beautiful hand made tile in the bathroom and column in kitchen area. There were nightlights placed in key locations in the apt. Alissa is wonderful host. She was easy to communicte with and quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay!

Great value in an excellent location. Walking distance to the Shelby Bottom Greenway and it was lovely. Walking distances to many great eateries, the gym (GYM5), but also the Turnip Truck (natural grocery store).

We stayed here for the 2025 Easter weekend. The description of the place in AIRbnb is accurate. There was parking for two cars. The area was safe and you are two blocks from the free trolley to get downtown. I would easily stay here again if needed.

It was very pleasant to be here. Mrs. Gloria was very helpful and assisted us in every way she could.

We had a fantastic time at Timothy's place. I absolutely loved the East Nashville neighborhood. It was close enough to the typical venues you want to see when touring Nashville yet far enough away so you were in a nice residential neighborhood. I am a runner so it is important to feel safe and encounter beauty on area run routes! My favorite route passed by a home with 4 cats in the yard ! The apartment itself was very spacious and probably the cleanest airbnb I've stayed at. We like to do all of our meal prep in house to avoid eating at restaurants and this was very easy here as Aldi and Publix were very closeby! A real perk. We took a road trip to Loretta Lynns ranch mid week and found that the location of Timothy's place is situated so you can easily access the highways in multiple directions! I felt at home here and we will be back again to Timothy's place when we return to Nashville.

Great place to stay in town! Very central and the host was very helpful with his list of places to visit and restaurant recommendations. Had a great time!

The place was very cute, just like the pics. if you don't like stairs, don't come. 3 sets which gave us exercise. very walkable to downtown and close to major attractions to drive a short distance. the traffic noise is a lot just like the host has stated. sometimes sounds like a raceway. we were not there most of day and brought a white noise machine so we slept. we did have to turn the TV up pretty loudly but we managed. bathroom very cute and everything super clean.

It was very clean and not too far from everything we wanted to do. While we were only there with another couple for the weekend, they also have it well equipped for traveling with children. Recommend!

Overall, this was a great Airbnb. The sectional was an electric recliner that did not work and that was a minor inconvenience after a long days of hiking. However, overall it was a really lovely place and April was incredibly responsive while I was there and had to reach out with a few questions. I would absolutely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay while in town for a wedding. The place had everything we needed and was even nicer in person! Would absolutely stay again.

Awesome area, beautiful place and so much to do even if you don’t want to leave the condo. Very much worth the money! The kids had lots of fun swimming and playing basketball. We will definitely be planning to come back :)

This is a great place! Simultaneously isolated and close to everything. It feels like a cabin , but you are in the middle of Pigeon Forge within 3 min. Close to Gatlinburg as well. It's an older place, but very clean with great amenities and multiple balconies. Kitchen had everything, unlike some other places we stayed. Very nice gas grill outside, we use it daily. We enjoyed watching birds and hummingbird, as Brian and Teresa provided food for the bird feeders. I worked remotely during my stay, and wi-fi worked great. Free Dollywood fireworks nightly, although slightly obstructed. Sometimes there are some noise from Dollywood rollercoaster, but it's not a problem if you are running around during a day.

I came with my husband for his birthday and the place was beautiful! The town had breathtaking views and everything was in walking distance. The condo was so cozy we felt right at home. This is truly a peaceful place and we look forward to returning!

This place was perfect for me and my friends! It’s exactly what you’d expect with some extras that Lisa graciously provided for us, from toiletries like the usual shampoo and conditioner to things you might forget like toothbrushes and toothpaste, and even snacks including chips and chocolates and other candy. The location is hard to beat as well, walking distance to a crepe shop we had breakfast at, and steps away from the beautiful lake and all of its scenery. Would highly recommend!
