Lovely place to stay, would definitely recommend and stay here again!

An amazing place to stay. Louise and David were fantastic hosts. The house has everything to cater for all age groups. We will definitely be using again.

Gillian's little garden pod is a perfect place for one or two people to stay for a few days. I stayed for 3 of the coldest days in January and the pod was toasty warm and really cosy. It has everything required for a comfortable short break and is ideally situated for exploring the unspoiled Suffolk coastline. Gillian was there to welcome me upon arrival and advised me of Leiston's local amenities and also recommended what to see and do in the area. Gillian was excellent with her communication before and during my stay and was also very respectful of her guests privacy and independence. A great few days in a beautiful area and a place I definitely recommend.

Photos don't do this place justice. Lovely, clean caravan on a nice peaceful site with plenty to do for all the family. Comfy beds and super clean throughout. Really enjoyed the decking as we were lucky to have nice weather. Great location for exploring Suffolk. Also thanks to the host for answering any questions we had. 😀 Overall no complaints and we really enjoyed our stay.

Phillipa's Sunflower Cottage is right up there with our best places to stay. It was amazing. It was quiet, peaceful and relaxing - just what you'd expect down a lovely country lane. Plenty of windows to soak up the surroundings, but also very private. However, it wasn't too far to local villages and towns. Would love to have stayed longer.

Amazing little spot!! Really great for a few nights of relaxation! Stunning sunset views and really lovely space!! The hosts were in touch regularly and gave really easy and clear instructions into the little cottage 👌

What a fabulous stay My family have just had at Lance's lodge. Beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and the view of the lakes was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable both the en suites were huge! perfectly situated on the quieter side of the site and still only a 5 minute walk to the club house and shop. Debbie the caretaker was excellent. She was very helpful and clearly works very hard to maintain the lodge to such a high standard. We will definitely be looking to come back Asap.

Lovely weekend break with friends. The children enjoyed the garden and cinema room. Beautiful location and house.

Very clean, bedding and towels smelled great. Hot tub was very relaxing, nice farmland surroundings and would recommend shoes/boots that can withstand the mud!
