We had a wonderful day, and James was extremely helpful and provided all the details we needed. The hut was clean and well kept, with lovely decor to add to the beach day. We will definitely hire again in the future.

Jason’s place was wonderful for our little family and super close to old town and new town. Sara’s was great for brunch Sunday morning and the Library playground and library were great for my little one on Saturday.

Ria’s place was fantastic.Great location minutes from the sea front.Spotless clean and everything you needed was there .Very good selection of toys which the baby loved.Everything was so easy to use from the shower to the hob and oven etc . Ria even made arrangements to have the house ready for us from 11am when we enquired if we could just drop our bags off early as we’d been travelling from 4 am. That to us was an amazing gesture 🤩

Beautiful late summers day by the sea. Third row was great for us, as it felt quite private. Spent all day on the decking enjoying the sea views. We had a great time and hope to be back.

I surprised my Mother for Mother’s Day and booked the beach hut, we all loved it! Great location to get to, unload and park. Johnathan’s cafe ‘The Dip’ is only yards away which is lovely, and a toilet block. The hut is decorated really well, with lots of things to look at from decor, to books, to nostalgic board games and so on. Great facilities too, to make a cuppa, have a glass of fizz, plates, cutlery, utensils, blankets, comfy seating with cushions, outdoor seats, table and parasol, the list goes on! Lovely spot to sit outside or be cosy in the hut. We will definitely be booking again! Love it!

This was my first booking with Airbnb so I didnt really know what to expect but Mel has certainly set the standard. She is a friendly, helpful, honest, and incredibly responsive host. The house was exactly as described and the quiet location was perfect for us. We'll definitely stay again when we return to Mersea Island, which was beautiful too!

Lovely stay in a cosy, comfortable caravan. We were visiting family in the area so spent very little time there but when we did it was perfect for our needs and very well equipped. It suited our needs perfectly and we will hope to be able to book again when visiting my family. Thanks Paul!

What a fabulous place to stay, quiet and peaceful with a lovely courtyard are to sit out in - but go out through the gate and you are across the road from the beach or a few yards from the centre of town. We booked it when we were visiting family in the area and will hopefully do so again when we next go down.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway! We had a fantastic weekend – a really memorable break for all of us. I travelled with my three daughters and two grandchildren, and the experience couldn’t have been better. The caravan felt like a home from home, providing all the comfort we needed for a stress-free stay. Its cosy, well-equipped interior made settling in so easy, and we instantly felt relaxed. The location was perfect – right next to the beach, which was a big hit with the kids, and the site itself had excellent amenities. Everything we needed was right there.. Highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful and fun-filled getaway! We would love to come back …..

We had the most wonderful stay at Parkdean, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the very beginning, the host's communication was absolutely top-notch – clear, friendly, and super efficient. The booking process was smooth and stress-free, which really set the tone for our whole trip. The caravan itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed and more – we genuinely couldn't believe the amazing value for money. For the price we paid, we got so much more than we expected! It's rare to find somewhere that offers both quality and affordability, but this place really nails it. The whole experience felt like a little slice of luxury without the hefty price tag. If you're looking for a fantastic getaway that doesn’t break the bank, this is it. We’re already planning our next visit!

Lovely Caravan, clean and tidy everything as described. Nice touches such as handwash, bathmat and toilet rolls that some caravan companies don't provide. Easy to get in with a key code rather than having to que at the reception on arrival, and bonus of own parking space next to the caravan. We would return again, thank you!

We had a lovely family break in Clacton-on-Sea and couldn’t have been happier with our stay at the lodge. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from the owner, who provided lots of helpful information about the area. The lodge itself was perfect for the three of us — it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, with the added bonus of a lovely deck to enjoy the sunshine. The location was ideal, just a short drive from the pier and the beautiful beaches of Clacton. We highly recommend this lodge and would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely weekend getaway at Tim’s place. I booked it very last minute and he was quick to get all the information to me to ensure a smooth entrance to the property. The flat itself is right on the beach with gorgeous views for your morning coffee! The flat is quiet and cosy and has everything you need for a relaxing trip. Thanks guys!

we had a lovely stay at Rosemary's Retreat. Very comfortable and quiet, away from main road. There was plenty of tea and coffee, including a coffee machine with Tassino pods. Rosemary was very welcoming, a first class host. we would definitely stay here again

Rose, a beautiful home! Thank you for being an amazing host always responding to me within great amount of time, very polite and helpful and gave us extra time in the caravan due to arriving late! Our only downside was the restaurant on the site due to a various issues we unfortunately experienced. Apart from that amazing place, great beach, and great caravan and I would recommend! Sally and Tony are lovely friendly hosts, as were their dogs. Nothing is too much trouble and the cabin is spot on. The little extras touches are really classy as was the bottle of Prosecco for our wedding anniversary. Thank you both for making our stay so welcoming. Really enjoyed it, and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Frinton.

Wonderful house in great location to be able to walk to beach, restaurants, take away etc. easy walk to town centre. Hosts were very friendly and informative the house is very well kept, lots of space for six people and everything you need provided. Nice outdoor space and safe for families, two parking spaces is very handy, along with two bathrooms and a toilet downstairs. So lovely to be able to see the sea from the bedrooms and living room. We had a great stay and would recommend thank you so much!
