De accommodatie ligt op een geweldige locatie! Het uitzicht is fantastisch. Het appartement is onderdeel van een oud en authentiek gebouw, maar is modern ingericht, zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is een heerlijke douche, een wasmachine, airco, tv, magnetron, oven en een keuken met een 4-pits fornuis. En een balkon waar je kunt zitten! Je bevindt je midden in het historische centrum van Viseu. Guilherme is een zeer goede gastheer, geeft tips voordat je arriveert en reageert meteen wanneer je een vraag hebt. De bedden zijn heerlijk en het appartement superschoon. Wij verbleven er vijf dagen naar grote tevredenheid.

Apartamento muy bien situado. Bien equipado y limpio. La propietaria nos estuvo esperando antes de la llegada para darnos la llave y presentarse. Esto se agradece ya que últimamente a la mayoría de establecimientos se accede con códigos.

Had a bit of difficulty finding the place at first because the apartment is on a pedestrian street and our driver dropped us off a few streets away. our host was very responsive and met us with her beautiful daughter. Lovely host. 😊

Very nice stay at Joana's place. You feel like visiting your relatives. Surroundings are much better than photo's are showing. Yard is surounded in close hills with forests. Big tranquility and very close to Coimbra. 2,5-3 km to local supermarket and good quality restaurants. Everybody have to take into account that owners live in the same house in upper floors, so sometimes they are passing same yard, but they are trying minimise disturbing your privacy as much as possible. Joana shared ecology egg's from her yard it was wonderfull. They are dog lovers as we are and our dog's felt comfortably with their dog's which they owning or supporting in the area. Best wishes to Joana and we would be happy to visit again.

Muita gratidão a Ana e Rosa por promoverem uma estadia mais do que especial para nossa família. O apartamento é ótimo, a localização é excelente com pontos de ônibus ao redor e muitas rotas que circulam pelas paragens, o que facilitou muito a locomoção pela cidade. Todas as nossas dúvidas foram sanadas rapidamente e o acolhimento que tivemos foi um brilho a mais na estadia!! A cozinha é muito bem equipada, como também a lavanderia, os quartos, banheiros e as salas de jantar e de TV. O local também é bem silencioso, o que foi ótimo para reuniões on-line de trabalho. Tomar café com a vista da janela da sala de jantar para a cidade de Coimbra foi incrível. A proximidade com os centros comerciais, mercados, restaurantes e padarias foi ponto muito positivo. Muita gratidão a Ana e Rosa por tanto carinho em preparar não só uma acomodação incrível para os hóspedes, mas também por toda a experiência de nos fazer sentir em casa. Sem dúvidas recomendamos 100% e esperamos retornar em breve!!

We loved our stay in Romeo’s apartment. Perfect location an easy walk to town and everything you need. Plus a lovely view over the river. Romeo was there to greet us and was very accommodating and was always quick to respond. It was so nice that they provided all the essential food you would need for breakfast as well. You won’t regret staying there, if we’re ever in Coimbra again we will definitely be booking Romeo’s!

Gostámos muito da nossa estadia em família. A casa é muito confortável e está muito bem equipada. Não faltou nada. A vista é maravilhosa!! A Lina foi sempre muito simpática e disponível. Recomendamos e esperamos voltar!

Nice apartment very close to the bus and train stations. Next to a great cafe too. Walkable easily to the centre of town. Miguel is a responsive host who is easy to communicate with, and I am grateful for the assistance.

💯 recomendable, 💯 calidad-precio, limpio, full-equipe, 🅿️ gratuito, comodidad. Nunca había dormido en una cama tan grande (para cuatro personas) con unos almohadones comodísimos y ropa de cama y toallas totalmente blancas. Además sofá cama cómodo y aire acondicionado y smart TV. Si estás pensando viajar a la región de Coimbra es el mejor lugar sin duda.

Ana's place is so cozy, clean and comfortable we almost did not want to leave! She is an attentive host and it shows in small details and little extras that were added to the accommodation. We arrived way later than planned and late at night but she stayed online and proactively asked us about the checkin. The surrounding is quiet and peaceful and is less than 15 mins drive to Coimbra. We would stay with Ana again when we are in the area.

Anfitriã rápida na comunicação e disponível para qualquer dúvida. Instruções claras sobre check in e sobre a utilização da cama para o terceiro adulto. Recomendo vivamente a estadia. Localização central e estacionamento à porta.

Tiago was available when we checked in and immediately provided linens for the pullout (we neglected to inform before checking in). Location great, it was easy for us to maneuver all over town and across the river to restaurants, landmarks and shopping. Location can be a bit noisy so if you have a hard time sleeping, bring ear plugs. Had good pizza from across the street and a delicious dinner down the street with incredible view. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay. The host actually met us at the bus stop in Porto to deliver our keys to his place in Coimbra and to meet us in person because he also has a home in Porto. That is a first for us! He was always quick to respond and we enjoyed the firm mattresses and loveley views from the windows and spacious apartment with a large smart tv and candles. Overall a quiet respite.

What an amazing location! This apartment has a large living room with floor-to-ceiling windows that open above one of the nicest little plazas in the city. The sounds of cafe chatter and music drift in along with the afternoon sunlight. And the gelato shop downstairs is killer! The rest of the apartment is also nice, there was plenty of space for our family, and Romeu was helpful and responsive. We were sad to leave. I can only recommend this place!! (If you are driving, keep in mind that you should park across the river and walk the 10 minutes to the apartment-- it's all pedestrian streets and steps, but that's the charm of the location)

This wonderful apartment is absolutely cozy and welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped, the garden is beautiful and there is wood for the fireplace. The heated bed is a giant plus, and it's extremely comfortable. Thank you so much, we loved our stay!

Espaço super limpo e acolhedor, zona tranquila. O Sr. Ricardo foi bastante atencioso ao esperar por nós para fazer o check-in mais tarde da hora combinada, devido a um imprevisto com a nossa filha. A casa estava super bem equipada e disponibilizaram-nos café para a máquina, o qual agradecemos! Super recomendo!

Adorámos a casinha, muito bem decorada, limpa e o jacuzzi é espectacular ( à noite e com chuva, melhor ainda)! Recomendo ;)

Very confortable house, with all the amneties and exactly has the pictures. The apartment was very clean and beautiful. We walked around Covilhã and managed to reach Serra da Estrela and play with the snow after a 30 minutes drive. Amazing stay and highly recommended!

Large, well-appointed apartment with lovely deck and views. With four rooms that have en suite bathrooms, would be great for family gatherings or large groups of friends. Clean and spacious, reliable internet. The parking in front of the building was full (only two or three spaces) so we had to park elsewhere in the neighborhood. This was not a problem for us, but it is a hilly area with narrow streets so others may want to consider this if you have a car rental and any mobility issues. Good Italian food across the street at Paço 100 Pressa was very convenient! Host was kind enough to send suggestions where could eat as we arrived on the later side. Very nice accommodation.

Even at triple the price, this stay would be a bargain. I left feeling like I found two soul mates!
