David was a wonderful host. He helped us in everything, he was a very sociable and nice person .. As for the house, it was very comfortable, I think the price was in line with the quality .. The only thing I did not like was the water problem but that was it. It was not the fault of the host at all. Thanks davit.!

I had a fantastic experience staying in this property with my whole family around 21 people for 20 days. Really nice , clean and functional flats , great garden with nice plants decorated, fantastic Bar room and super friendly and helper Hosts. Each flat has its own kitchen and bath and if you have a big family like me everybody can enjoy their privacy too. And if you are a small family you can enjoy the beautiful and well decorated garden and have your breakfast ,lunch or dinner under the great Georgian sunshine or night sky. The Bar area was so big and nice that all of my family (21people) could easily sit together and enjoy their time. Don’t worry about shopping , there is a nice and big shop just round the corner so you can buy whatever you need when you have your slippers on and there is a confectionary and fruit shop too. I definitely recommend this hotel and you won’t be disappointed.

The villa exceeded all expectations. All rooms were immaculate and the wine cellar is a fantastic shared area to chill around the fire. There was plenty of space for our party of 11 and the facilities available are impeccable. Geno the host is fantastic and did everything he could to make our stay a success, nothing was too much trouble. He met us very early in the morning at the villa when we arrived to show us around, took us to the shop for supplies and advised throughout the trip on the best places to go and on the final day came to meet us with our luggage in the evening so we could have another day exploring. We really could not have asked for more. Fantastic experience, I would recommend this place to anyone!

This was our first time in Georgia, and let me tell you, without this house and our host David, I dont think we would have had as much fun and a feeling of belonging as we did. Very fancy house, nice garden behind the house, very beautiful nature area to walk outside the house, with berry trees and plums parallel to where you walk. Also as someone who isnt the biggest fan of dogs, the dogs in the area were the cutest, and would even walk around you when going out for a walk to protect you. David welcomed us and laid out his rules, which were very fair all regarding hygiene and taking care of the house. The house was equipped with everything we need, and was very modern and european looking. He even did BBQ for us which and we got to know each other, and all about his culture. He even offered to tell us all about the nice places we can visit with him in Georgia. Big thanks to David, and because of him, we’d surely come back. Looking forward to seeing you again! Great house! The size of the place was impressive and the back yard was wonderful for children to play. The location was great too! It felt private with easy access to nature as well as just a few meters from a bus stop.

We were a group of 5 friends without children and stayed for 4 nights during May. There were some issues with hot water on the first floor, it was available periodically (no issues on the 2'nd floor). During the bad weather it was quite cold inside, but the heating was turned off until the last day. The home is about 20 minutes from the city center, so I would recommend it only for guests with a car. As other comments already noted, the hosts are living in the same house just behind the wall so that you can hear them sometimes. For us it was not an issue, we didn't feel their presence. It was even helpful when we needed them. They are very nice and polite people, always were glad to help. The house is very nice to spend time in during both, good and bad weather, thank to the pool and the fireplace. The view from the balcony was unexpectedly gorgeous. Good kitchen with almost everything we needed. We glad that we stayed here, we would glad to spend here more time.

We rented a cottage for two days. There were 4 families with children. In reality, the cottage looks better than in the photos. I liked everything: the territory of the yard and the bathhouse and inside the house. Bed linen and towels were clean and for each person. In the kitchen, you could cook for yourself. All equipment was in good working order.

Nino’s place is a comfortable venue to relax and have parties in summer. With modern design which is very striking at night and beautiful pool. Although the location is a bit confusing it is still a good place to spend a day or two.

Спасибо Инге за радушный приём. Прекрасный, чистый дом со всеми удобствами. Уютно, красиво, просторно. Всё работает и устроено для комфорта. Для нас всегда очень важна чистота, а тут с этим всё было на высшем уровне. Расположение очень удобное, рядом магазины, а также отличное место для прогулок - свежий воздух и невероятные виды. Крайне рекомендуем к посещению и отдыху здесь. С хозяйкой Ингой приятно иметь дело, очень вежливая и отзывчивая. Когда приехали, нас ждал замечательный стол с заксусками - шикарная сырная тарелка, виноград, орехи и бутылка очень вкусного вина! На территории дома живет сторож-садовник Годердзи. Приятный дедушка, поздравил нас с Пасхой, присматривает за участком, всё остальное время вообще не было видно, что он дома) Спасибо за прекрасный отдых!

Great host, very friendly and very responsive. The house was beautiful, lots of space, comfortable beds, everything we needed for a relaxing couple of days. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
