хозяин Лаша отлично подготовил дом для комфорного проживания, расписал четкие инструкции с видео и к нашему приезду даже подогрел джакузи, что было очень приятно и неожиданно! условия проживания максимально приятные, прекрасный вид из дома, особенно необычно просыпаться с таким видом. так же нас на протяжении всего отдыха 'охраняли' пара дружелюбных собак)

The location is magical, peaceful, and surrounded by nature — and all of this just 45 minutes from the center of Tbilisi. We truly felt like we were in a fairytale. The hosts were wonderful — always in touch, super helpful, and easy to communicate with. Everything felt smooth and so welcoming. We left with beautiful memories and can’t wait to return! Thank you🥰

Прекрасное место, чтобы отдохнуть в тишине и покое. Домик соответствовал описанию, внутри было все очень уютно, красивая посуда, уличное освещение и пуфы-мешки, нам все очень понравилось!

A small but quaint little getaway. Comfortable and clean and easy walk to the village sites.

We spent two lovely days in a cabin. Mari, our warm and kind host, met us and drove us to the house, as the last part of the route required an SUV. We talked about dogs (we had our small dog with us), the area, and the cabin, which Mari had designed herself. She told us to reach out if we needed anything, though the house was so thoughtfully equipped that we had everything we could possibly want. The cabin felt like a lovingly built home with large bedroom windows offering views of the sunrise, sunset and lake. Inside there was a cozy couch with a movie projector and outside a terrace with chairs and hammocks. We spent the next day around peaceful Sioni Lake, enjoying its beauty and solitude. When our driver was late picking us up Mari kindly took us to see the view from the Sioni dam to pass the time.

Мы снимали этот дом, чтобы отметить день рождения с компанией друзей. Это прекрасное тихое место с очень красивой природой, в доме тепло и чисто, есть все необходимое для праздника и более долгого пребывания. Хозяева были отзывчивы и готовы быстро решить все возникшие вопросы.

Всё прошло великолепно. Отличное место в зоне доставок и в доступности такси. Хорошо видно горы. Есть все удобства. Комфортный дом и тёплый джакузи на улице. А самое главное — потрясающие коты. Однозначно рекомендую!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. It's very clean, modern and cozy, with beautiful design touches and paintings. The hosts are amazing and welcoming people, feels like you're living close to a family. There's a gorgeous garden where you can relax or just enjoy your day. The location is a bit outside the city center which is great if you prefer a bit of a quieter atmosphere. But at the same time it's only 15-20 minutes to reach the city center by bus or taxi, so it's a great combination. I can only recommend staying at Yulia's place if you have a chance to visit Tbilisi!

Amazing place! Great host! Lovey cabin reminds me of Tennessee. I loved it a lot and hope future guest understands it’s wayyy better in person! Just responds every min! 5 stars
