Quiet, spacious and clean! This is the second time I've stayed here and will be happy to stay again in the future! :)

Had a wonderful stay, would recommend. The floor is super spacious and the bedroom door opens up to beautiful scenery, with water flowing right by. The space was also clean. Would stay here again.

Great place for people since it has everything you need. We only stayed for the night but it's a great space for family since it was multiple bedrooms with a kitchen and dining room. Also, very clean and easy to get check in.

the place was wonderful and exactly as described. GPS took a nutty and put us somewhere else. we messaged that we couldn't find it and host called immediately and verbally gave directions to the location. very helpful and very responsive. 5 🌟

We got in very late but it was so nice and clean, Beth helped us get in and it was really needed after out long trip. We had a nice stay.

We had an absolute amazing time! It was exactly what we needed and more! The location was great and amenities great for a long weekend! Worth every penny!! The only note for future visitors is you are able to hear your neighbors through the walls but as long as you are respectful and understanding, it’s no problem at all! We can’t wait to come back for many more trips!! Thank you Sam and Tim for the wonderful place!

we really enjoyed are stay at Theresa Ann's place. Welt right at home and the view and sounds of the river were an added bonus as well. it was clean and everything we needed was there as well. We also enjoyed the park with the kids that's right behind where we stayed.

Beth’s place is exactly as it’s described. Great place to stay in substitute of the hotels around the area. Not a con, but just something to note on our experience - only one mirror in the bathroom for the place to accommodate 4. Otherwise, it was a perfect!
