Peoria is my hometown and I visit often and I didn’t even know about this cute spot. It’s right in the middle of town, easy to find, safe neighborhood. No problems at all finding a park, getting inside, or getting into my room. Love that there’s a laundry room included for free, with an ironing board too! When I opened the door to the space, I was pleasantly surprised. Couch and bed were comfy, very clean, modern decor. TV worked and all the channels included. WiFi code worked. I’d def stay here again!

This is a great option if you have to stay for work. It’s not somewhere to take a vacation, but it is clean and quiet. Also, the beds are fantastic!!

This Airbnb was exactly what I was looking for — clean, comfortable, and affordable. Nothing overly fancy, but everything I needed was there: a comfy bed, hot shower, washer & dryer and a well-equipped kitchen. The host was responsive and check-in was super easy. It's a great spot if you're traveling on a budget but still want a reliable, cozy place to stay. Would definitely book again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! It was clean and exactly as described in the pictures. Our host was responsive, accommodating, and friendly. The location was perfect—right next to the Bradley University campus and Campus Town, which was exactly what we needed for this visit. Everything was just a short walk away. If we come back to Peoria, we’d definitely stay here again!

Stayed in Peoria for the Ledgestone Open Disc Golf tournament. Steve's place was perfect for us as we were playing. Kitchen was clean and had what we needed for cooking. Walmart only 7 mins away. The location was great for all the different courses we had to go to. Steve was quick to respond and helpfull. I highly recommend a stay here!!

great long term stay, less than 10 minutes to any store and shopping. Close to baseball, hockey and museums. A handful or restaurants and Starbucks within walking distance.

I enjoyed my stay. Kathryn is very friendly and quick to respond. Kathryn was flexible with check in and check out which I appreciate coming so far away timing can change. I enjoyed being out of town and in a country location. I liked that I was able to chill on the wrap around deck and walk around the property. I plan to stay again in the future.

The place was very clean, comfortable, and as described. Alan and Karissa were extremely fast to respond and resolve a few small issues and questions we had.

Will def stay again. Cute - clean place. communication was fantastic.
