Wszystko było naprawdę wspaniałe! Linh poszedł nam na rękę, bo chcieliśmy się szybciej zameldować i zaoferował nam większy apartament, który miał dostępny wcześniej. Jedyne co się nie zgadzało to cena basenu, powiedziano nam, że jeden bilet na basen dla rezydenta jest za darmo, a reszta gości po 150 000 vnd za bilet. W rzeczywistości musieliśmy wszyscy zaplacić po 177 500 za bilet, dla rezydenta była jedynie 15% zniżka. Możliwe że basen nas oszukał

Chỗ ở nằm ở khu vực cực đẹp, chỉ khoảng 5m là ra đến khu công viên trung tâm đẹp nhất của khu vực hồ. Xung quang nhiều hàng ăn và dịnh vụ nổi tiếng. Trong nhà khá đẹp, bày biện gọn gàng, ngăn nắp. Chúng mình đến nơi sau một ngày đi chơi quanh Hồ Tây mệt mỏi nên đêm ngủ khiến mình rất thoải mái. Chủ nhà trả lời mọi thắc mắc cũng rất nhanh đó là một điểm cộng. Thực sự rất đáng để trải nghiệm và sẽ giới thiệu cho các bạn của tôi.

She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

We had an amazing stay at Thuy’s property! Thuy went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, providing Netflix access in each room and even helping us dry our clothes for free when we had to leave before they were ready. The house is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room and privacy for everyone in our group. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here for an exceptional and thoughtful hosting experience!

I had a lovely stay from April 12–16. The apartment is cozy, clean, and full of natural light. Everything worked well, and it was peaceful and quiet. Housekeeping checked in daily to refresh towels and supplies, which was very thoughtful. The location is convenient, and the building feels secure. Tuấn, the host, was polite, friendly, and always quick to respond. I’m really happy I found this place — it felt like a little home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and comfortable stay in the city.

Very nice apartment in a modern condominium near West Lake. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Very easy to move around Hanoi from the apartment by Grab. Host was very responsive and helpful. I would stay there again on a next trip to Hanoi.

Vicky's condo is comfortable and very clean. The location was great, peaceful and quiet away from the noise of the city. Vicky was accommodating and responsive to our requests like our need for more towels. Only problem was the dryer wasn't working well and the lack of dinnerware since we we're three people stay. All in all, a great place to stay for a group.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold hos Linh. Stor og rummelig lejlighed med god udsigt. Dejligt opholdsrum med fuld køkken og stue med mulighed for at se Netflix. Vi gik i Lotte Mall flere gange, som ligger lige ved siden af. Vi havde et par spørgsmål i løbet af opholdet, som meget hurtigt blev besvaret. Virkelig værdi for pengene!

Thank you to Phuong and everyone else who helped us. We really loved the gym and the cafe downstairs. The staff there was always so helpful and kind and the cafe dog Bông brightened my day. The apartment was as described and we loved the loft. It was quirky but we expected that from a loft. The furniture made locally was really beautiful and the shower was great (I am picky about showers haha!) We unfortunately had to move to a different room after a wind storm cause a piece of siding the get loose, but the other room was really lovely too. Phuong was patient and kind with me in a moment when I was very stressed. I am very grateful to her. I would suggest a stay here.

We enjoyed our stay here! It had everything we needed and really started to feel like home. The kitchen was nice, tv to watch, and a huge bed and room space. The only down side is that the hot water didn’t last very long. Other than that it was amazing!!!

Really enjoyed staying in this important, it was a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of the city! Such a beautiful apartment and felt right at home instantly. Great location as well and an added bonus of a lovely coffee shop downstairs. Would highly recommend!

10 days here and everything was good, this place close to mini market, cafes, and restaurants. Located in West Lake and it was so beautiful in the morning and night. We came here when the temperature was low and it was cold outside but inside the place so warm and they provided heater as well. They have washing machine and dryer in the building that can be used. You can also try Chillhood Cafe nearby, egg coffee so good! ☺️🫶

Chỗ ở ổn, nhưng hi vọng An có thể cài đặt netflix cho toàn bộ các phòng. Mình ỷ y phòng ở chung chỗ với lần trước nên không coi kĩ. Lúc nhận phòng mới phát hiện tivi không có netflix :(. Ngoài ra thì mình cảm thấy phòng không được sạch như phòng lần trước mình ở. Mong An cải thiện hơn.

We got there earlier than check in so we couldn’t enter right away but they did let us check in earlier that regular check in. The place was nice and clean. We couldn’t find our way at first but he send pictures of exact instructions on how to get there. He was very responsive whenever we had a question. This was a last minute booking yet they still had it ready and perfect for us!
