Really great stay for our little family. Clean, close to the beach and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. Really responsive when we had questions during our stay too!

We didn't have the perfect stay at Jess' place. A couple of things went wrong. But when things go wrong, having a host as responsive as Jess and Jordan makes a huge difference. They were quick to respond, and super helpful. And then the location itself was fantastic. Near to the road to Tauranga, very close to the beach and surf club, a couple of shops that had what we needed (and fish'n'chips!)

Beautiful stay, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay at an affordable price.

We had a lovely stay here. Peaceful but so entertaining for the children right on the park and across the road from the beach . A really lovely family holiday and so well equipped.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the house was pristine, very comfortable and had all we needed - was better than the pictures As a group staying for a surf competition at Papamoa was only a short distance to where we needed to be. We definitely look to stay here again as a first option next visit.

We have a wonderful stay! The house was cozy and welcoming, great pool and spa, lovely outdoor space, perfect for a relaxing beach getaway for our family. Friendly and helpful hosts. Will definitely stay here again!

it was an amazing trip with my family even though the weather was bad we still made used of the pool and spa so beautiful everything was close by I will recommend big family to stay here

The place is tidy, clean and well decorated. The only we did not feel quite comfortable with is it is actually the host's home full of their stuff that we did not quite expect. We prefer a usual Airbnb that if it is a whole house, the setting is for guest only (walldrobe space for guests etc.).

Clean and warm camp ground. Lovely surroundings set in peaceful bush, and I also took full advantage of the hot pools. Reception was very helpful and welcoming and I was grateful as I didn't read all the terms and conditions of bringing your own bedding( I'm travelling from overseas so didn't bring bed linen) and coin activated showers and helped me out that way. I would stay here again, and it would be a really nice place to bring a young family as the pools; stream, ducks and complimentary mini golf would be ideal for young children. It would be great once the fibre cables are in and there is better reception and / or WiFi also but I knew there wasn't any before I arrived so that was fine. I would recommend this idyllic place for families 10/10

We had never been to Sapphire Springs before and were lucky to find availability for two nights at the end of our holiday. The facilities were excellent, my daughter loved the play equipment, trampoline and mini golf, and the pools and bush walks were fabulous. One thing we noticed was how happy and friendly all the staff were. It really makes a difference to the experience when the staff are like that. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing stay over valentines weekend, my partner and myself absolutely loved it. The cottage itself was very clean and well put together but what really made it for us was the beautiful surroundings and the complete privacy. Would definitely recommend!

Had such a lovely time. The place is immaculately clean and tidy and contains everything one could need. The area is gorgeous and so peaceful. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful.
