Магазин в 20 минутах ходьбы. Район находится далеко от центра, если понадобится ездить в центр по делам, то это займёт много времени. район недавно построенный, и ещё строится, поэтому здесь пока слабо развитая инфраструктура, то есть вы не найдёте здесь какие-нибудь кафе или парикмахерские, заведения только начинают открываться. Пару раз за три недели утром полностью отключали воду, кратковременно от получаса до пары часов. Если вы гражданин РФ, и находитесь в стране больше месяца могут возникнуть проблемы с регистрацией, уточняйте внимательно этот вопрос.

This was one of the best places I stayed at the airbnb. The place is so peaceful and quiet, there is a lot of sunshine, the bed is super comfy - as a result I had the best sleep in years! The hosts are super helpful, I had a very bulky bag and Vladimir helped me to move it up and down the stairs. He was also super punctual, proactive and kind. I would like to comment on the previous review which mentions a scary building. It is not scary at all, it is a classic post-soviet building which is very clean and well-lit, you feel absolutely safe there. The location is very good, close to the magic city and city center, as well as a food shop. Overall 100 out of 100! there are two small inconveniences that you need to consider: no lift, you need to walk to the 4th floor and no sink in the bathroom. But for me that was not a problem at all! overall HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
