I recently stayed at this beautiful lake house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The views of the lake were absolutely stunning—especially at sunrise and sunset. The house itself was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and some nice welcome touches that made us feel right at home. Whether you’re looking for a quiet escape or some fun on the water, this place has it all. Can’t wait to come back!

This house was so nice. Everything was so clean and well taken care of. My kids loved the gaming table. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here! We came out for a family Christmas Gathering and Erin was amazingly responsive to all questions. They even went through decorating the place for us since we stayed over Christmas. Absolutely wonderful people hosting and helpful in all manners! Would highly recommend a stay with them!

This home is beautiful and peaceful. Everything was clean and welcoming. We did not lack for anything as the home was stocked with everything we might need from seasoning for cooking to q-tips. Our favorite part about the home was the patio where we could look out over the pool and into the lake! You can hear the flag snapping in the wind, beautiful birds, and water lapping. We enjoyed the jacuzzi since it was cooler during our stay. In this home you will catch a sunrise rather than a sunset. There is a TV on the patio and we found this to be a nice touch. I would highly recommend this home if you are looking for lake getaway!

I would give this more stars if I could. The place is amazing!!! So much to do for a big group. Everything was exactly as described or better. The pickleball was the draw for us, but everything ended up being a huge hit. Very responsive hosts, everything was super clean, and the kitchen was well appointed. No detail had been overlooked. We hope to go back soon!

We loved the stay and amenities. Centrally located and near activities and restaurants we were interested in. Great place!

Family of 3 stayed here while getting our flooring fixed. It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, loved the lake view, and is walkable to Pappy Elkins Playground and trails! The shower heads could use some tweaking but other than that-great!

Had a beautiful time at the cove! Had a small wedding ceremony and our guests could not stop complimenting how beautiful this home was! Fit our Houston family members comfortably and felt right at home! My husband caught multiple catfish on the dock and was upset we had to leave haha! Would definitely recommend this for a peaceful getaway!

Anabel was very responsive and attentive. I felt like I was in my own home. As soon as you walked in, you could smell how clean it was. Very comfortable and would recommend anyone to stay.

Great apartment - exactly what I needed. Home away from home. Highlight was taking morning coffee and eating lunch on the balcony in the sun.

Amen’s place was great. Easy to get to and close to AT&T stadium where I was attending a music event. Great location in the middle of everything where you can easily move around to Dallas and Fort Worth. 30 minute drive to Dallas Love Field. It was a last minute find but the price was a good deal. Better than staying at a hotel. I would highly recommend Amen’s place and would come back again.

We stayed here while in the area for work. This home was clean and spacious with plenty of room for the four of us to relax with privacy. The short walk to the lake park to fish was convenient.

A quiet cottage on a quiet street with a lake about 200' away. What's not to like??

Sherry and her Cottage met our every needs! Having a bunch of colleagues in town for training, we looked for the perfect group lodging option vs hotels, and we are glad that we did! The house is everything that it claims to be and should be in a lake house/cottage!!! My favorite seats in the property watching the sunset set over the lake while the deer enjoy their dinner time graze from the main floor balcony!! Hours upon hours this week sitting out there. We do this training annually and already look forward to booking for 2026!!!

The beautifully curated decor and the amazing host made this stay one of our favorites. The eclectic style of the property and the amenities will have us returning soon.
