La región del Penedés se encuentra entre Barcelona y Tarragona, cerca de la Costa Dorada. Ofrece actividades sobre el mundo del vino y el cava, además de estar cerca de lugares turísticos como la Ciudadela Ibérica de Calafell, las ruinas romanas de la antigua "Tarraco" (Ciudad declarada patrimonio de la UNESCO), etc. Los aeropuertos más cercanos son el Aeropuerto de Reus (a 30 min en coche) y el de Barcelona el Prat (a 45 minutos). La estación de tren está a 5 minutos en coche (en el municipio de El Vendrell), con conexiones cada hora a Barcelona y Tarragona.
