A telken három épület áll, csak a telek bejárata közös. A Kőház 2. egyszobás épület, fürdőszobával és teakonyhával. A fürdőszobából nyíló helységben finn szauna és pezsgőkád található. A háznak saját kertkapcsolata van. Grillezni lehet. A pincében fitnesz gépeken lehet néhány kalóriától megszabadulni. A telek végén salakos teniszpálya van.
