Schönes Apartment, tolle Aussicht! Der Flur und das äußere Gebäude sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Wohnung ist top in Schuss. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Poolbereich ist groß, der Pool eignet sich auch gut zum Schwimmen. Check in war unkompliziert. Waschmaschine und Trockner mit Waschmittel haben wir gerne genutzt. Leider konnten wir den Fernseher nicht mit Netflix verbinden, das wäre natürlich noch cool gewesen. Ansonsten sind wir sehr zufrieden.

the house is very clean and comfortable and very suitable for a large family. all rooms are air-conditioned, all facilities work well. good location. things to improve: sheets, blankets and pillowcases need to be washed clean.

Had a wonderful short stay at this modern and cozy unit at The Shore. The home was clean, well-furnished, and came with a beautiful view of the Melaka River. The location is excellent—just minutes away from Jonker Street, shopping malls, and great local food spots. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive. Perfect for a quick getaway or a relaxing weekend in the city. Highly recommended!

Love the unblocked sea view and the bathtub! Can chill out at the living room just looking at the sea view. The place was well equipped with basic essentials(shampoo and shower gel) , clean and neat. High floor, security is tight as guest would need to use access card coming in and out of the buildings. A mini convenient shop at level 1. Can take Grab to anywhere. Joker street cost abt RM $8. Nearby do have some restaurants, otherwise, can grab a cab to Mahkota Parade. There is movie theatres too!

We had a very comfortable stay at Izzarul’s place. I could tell a lot of thoughts were put into preparing the place for us. The house was complete with all amenities as described and very very close to Villa Istana Melaka (wedding venue we were attending) and also the viral Asam Pedas Pak Man. Beds were so comfortable that my mom was checking what was the brand of the pillows and linens. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Melaka. Will definitely book this place again the next time we’re in Melaka.

This is our 2nd time staying at this airbnb. It is another comfortable stay and we like the location, cleanliness and space the most. The balcony oversees the swamp and greenery which is pleasant to the eyes. Francis is prompt and easy to communicate. We highly recommend it!

We especially enjoyed the spacious living area and the beautiful view from the balcony. The location is super convenient, close to shopping, food, and attractions. Superb! Beautiful house and deco. Great location in the centre of Bandar Melaka. If you don't mind walking, all Bandar Melaka attractions are within walking distance, for less than half-an-hour, you'll get your exercise by walking along the river and get beautiful view of Bandar Melaka. Ms Rosetta and Ms Lily are super friendly and quick to attend to our queries. The house is a perfect choice for those in a big group and wants to visit Bandar Melaka.

Very comfortable homestay. Host is very responsive. Just that the heater wasn’t hot. Overall still very comfortable. Very recommend to stay again, if I ever visit here.

Super friendly and helpful host. Would live to stay again.. tje setback was the microwave was not working.. which the owner is not aware of. Place is super clean.. can fit 9-10 pax. Lines was clean and spotless. Comes with a water filter too. Will definitely book again..
