Loved our stay at Marky’s place! The location is perfect, market right outside and plentiful of food choices, airport is about 10 minutes away and district 1 is also close by. Marky was easy to communicate and helpful, Highly recommend and we would definitely come back again!

Great location and very convenient to travel around Saigon. Nguyen's place is cleaned. She responded to our questions promptly. Her place has extra soft drinks for free. I would refer this place to my friends.

I needed a super quick and convinient place near the airport on a one night stopover and this was perfect for that. Host was responsive and I booked it the same day I was arriving. You could probably walk to the airport however I opted for a short grab (~50k vnd) Didn't get time to checkout the other amenities in the building.

Pros: • Simple. • Cheap. • Second floor. Just use the stairs. No elevator needed. • Washer and machine clothes dryer. • Balcony. • Host is very responsive. Cons: • Since the washer and dryer are shared with other rental units, then the machines are not always available. • Outdated furniture and walls. • No real kitchen with stove. You will have to ask for an electric burner stove. • The alley is small so Grab cars have difficulty finding, getting in and getting out. • No flat iron. There is handheld steamer which is not effective in ironing your clothes. Overall: • I would rent again only IF I need to be near my family and friends in this district. • If not, then I rather rent something else in D1 and near the center.

I stayed at this place for a particularly long overnight layover. It was a 10 min grab ride from the airport and had convenience stores and options for food all really close to the airbnb. I struggled a little with the lock getting in but had an immediate response from the host letting me know how it worked. Great drainage in the shower but the toilet seat was poorly attached to the toilet itself. For a short stay it was not a deal breaker though.

James was highly responsive, and his parents were incredibly kind, making me feel right at home. They invited me to dinner on multiple occasions free of charge. On the one occasion I joined them, the meal was both highly nutritious and healthy. An additional touch was the access to use the washing machine at no extra cost. This accommodation is more than worth the price. The downside is the distance from Districts 1 and 7, where I had reasons to visit. However, affordable transportation options were available, thanks to Google Maps and the Grab app. On occasions when I opted for public buses, which are super cheap, I only needed to hail a Grab bike to take me to the nearest bus stop using Google Maps. I would then hop on the most available bus. I would certainly recommend this Home Stay and, in fact, would book again on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

門口有一間在地河粉，當早餐還不錯，還有一間烤肉的店，味道很香！也美味 地點方便而且不吵鬧，離機場車程也不遠 房東有耐心且和善，積極的協助房客的問題，室內佈置很溫馨，許多植物，又有可愛的廚房可以使用

Mọi thứ đều tốt cả, điều mình thực sự thích là không gian bếp, rộng và đầy đủ mọi thứ dụng cụ để nấu 1 bữa ăn từ cơ bản đến trung bình. Rất thích bộ dao, sử dụng rất tốt. Vị trí gần trung tâm cũng là ưu điểm vì gần để tiếp cận trung tâm thành phố và các dịch vụ khác. Có điều hi vọng đường CMT8 sắp tới được mở rộng hơn để tiện di chuyển, vì hay kẹt xe lắm, tất nhiên điều này thì home ko quyết định được.

This place is really nice and has a nice home feel. The space in the room is really spacious. The hostess is super nice and accommodating. Would stay again!

I wanted to try something more authentic and genuine in the busy city of Saigon. But at the same time I want to have access to restaurants and shops so I went to Nhuong accomodation and I got it all. The room looks like on the photos and are clean and have everything you need. I can recommend this place to anyone coming to Saigon.

Great place and great host. The only thing would be the location is a little too close to a busy area where I can hear the vehicle’s noise.

I really like the stay and the apartment-home vibes. It is definitely worth the price. Khan is always responsive and very helpful.

Close to the airport, but would not recommend walking from airport to the studio. This suite is a studio style apartment with a bridge, microwave, hotplate, plates and glasses available. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries available. The studio had a a washing machine Hine in the balcony which was very convenient after traveling for several days. Unfortunately, the bed was a hard to sleep in, so if you're used to a pillow top or a comfortable soft/ medium soft bed you will not like this one. Downtown will be a about 20 to 25 mins via Grab and depending on traffic. Over all a good stay and very nice studio.

Very nice place to stay close to the airport

地下にスーパーがあったり、目の前にコンビニがあったり、空港から近かったり、とても便利な場所でした。浴槽は無いです。プールに自由に入ることができます。

The place is like the pictures, just some normal wears. Everything was as described. Mi was great at responding when I had questions and she’s also very accommodating. The location was nice and I enjoyed the view.

Loved staying at this airbnb, it was perfect for a long stay with family. The bed & sofabed were very toddler friendly too. There were also a few cafes and minimarkets on the lobby which was a plus. Yoyo & Lala were very responsive on the questions we had. Thanks a lot for hosting us 😊

Great location. The apartment was very comfortable. Has a family mart and coffee shop nearby. Very convenient.
