I had a very good experience during my stay. The property was clean, well-maintained, and cozy. The location was perfect for easy access to local attractions. The host was responsive and provided all the information needed for a smooth check-in. I also appreciated the freedom to use the kitchen and fridge whenever I wanted. Great place! More expensive than Emerald but worth the extra if you can afford it. Excellent pool/gym/sauna. Great tv in the apartment. I hope to stay here again soon!

We have chosen to stay with Sakura for one of our consultants who is visiting Vietnam for a business trip. He has told us that the place was clean and comfortable. The people were also nice and very helpful when needed. Location was perfect as it is nearby to our Vietnam office. Will definitely be coming back!

Appartement très sympa et propre. L’accès se fait facilement. L’appartement est aussi très bien équipé que ce soit au niveau de la cuisine, salle de bain, etc… Je recommande fortement.

Gastgeberin war freundlich, hilfsbereit, gut zu erreichen. Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, sauber, ruhig und schöne Umgebung. sehr zu empfehlen.

This was a great location for us with local family near by. Celedon city is not typical Saigon, it is quiet with wide walking footpaths and gardens. There’s a lovely atmosphere in the evenings with kids playing and lots of badminton. Location to Aeon is handy and the restaurant downstairs was convenient and tasty ( although not cheap by Saigon standards). If you’re familiar with the area I’d highly recommend this place. If you’re planning to go to district 1 often I’d consider somewhere else as it’s a pretty hectic 40min ride on the scooter.

This is my second time staying at Giáng house! As always she really helpful and fast Response. Very easy to check in and there’s lots of stuff to do around within walking distance. House is very clean and as described. The view is phenomenal. Thank you so much for sure I be back.
