Would like to start by thanking Son for making sure my stay was comfortable. The room i had chosen wasn't available but Son made sure my preferences were accounted for when his team found me another room. Stayed in a different location than the one shown here but it was a very comfortable stay in a very well mantained building with 24 hour security, close to the MRT, a 7-11 et al. Would definitely be willing to stay with Son again.

개인적으로 이전에 거주하던 동네라 좋았습니다. 근처에 식당도 많고 지하철역도 가깝고 NTU에서 산책 가능합니다. 전반적으로 좋은 위치 숙소 컨디션이나 무거운 짐 가지고 이동하시는 분들은 엘레베이터가 없는 점 고려하셔야 됩니다.

Me and a buddy spent 4 wonderful months in this apartment while we were in Taiwan on exchange. The place is spacious, the location is superb - there’s anything you’d wish in walking distance. The view gets a special mention! For anyone considering this for a long term stay - I highly recommend it. There’s also a TV and a work station with a screen.

We had a great stay (3 weeks). Sydney was a wonderful host, very helpful and responsive from beginning to end. The place was clean. The location of this unit is perfect for visitors to Taipei - it is located about an 8- 10-min walk from 2 MRT stops (and lots of bus stops), so you can get to most parts of the city w/in 30 minutes. A night market is only a 10 min walk away. The building is located right on a main street so it was very easy to find and lots of restaurants and shops close by, but the unit itself is set back from the main street so it is surprisingly quiet. The main caveat about this unit is that the bathtub is quite small and Asian-style with a ledge in it to sit while you bathe. There is little space to stand. This was a bit of a challenge to adjust to, since we are used to taking standing showers. Also, we had trouble getting the dryer function on the laundry machine to work. Overall though we had a great stay and would definitely be open to staying here again.

Lynn was very friendly and responsive to my questions, one of which was even my own misunderstanding of how the hot water worked. She not only responded quickly but also made sure I felt comfortable enjoying the accommodation the place provided. The unit was very clean. The washer and dryer provided great convenience for people with longer stay needs. The loft could sleep two, but I mainly stayed on the main floor and slept on the sofa bed which I had no problem. The security people at the entrance foyer were very professional and friendly. The neighborhood was convenient yet quiet and safe. There were a lot of small stores, local restaurants, a big park and Mitsui Outlet all within walking distance. The transportations to Taipei City or Taoyuan airport were convenient too. There were different bus routes and MRT to take. I had a wonderful 2 week stay there and would recommend this place if you plan to stay in Linkou.

Nice location. Minutes to MRT and night market. Very nice and easy to communicate with. Respond promptly also. Spacious and clean. Recommend others to stay in his apartment.

Diven and Lynn are exceptional hosts - this literally *the best* AirBnB stay we’ve ever had. They were thoughtful and thorough and conscientious every step of the way, from arrival directions to a generously stocked fridge to a spotlessly clean home to maps, guidance and advice for what to do/see. We had an amazing few days in Taipei at their wonderful home and highly recommended staying with them!

Such a homey apartment with all the amenities you need (as listed). Wonderfully well-maintained, even has multiple towels and rags to use. Surprised the bathroom has an in-built vent that has a clothes drying function so I could just air dry my clothes there. There was also a common dryer outside but didn't need to use that. Every week she would also put out water bottles and snacks free for all to grab. Beautiful and cozy apartment. Loved that it was so close to 2 convenient stores, many eateries and the metro station. Very responsive and friendly host too!

Enjoyed our stay here. Great location that was near the airport MRT so made our journey to the airport a breeze. Also walkable from the Taipei main station mrt/HSR so that made transportation accessible. In a central location but away from the noise of Ximending so we enjoyed it. Place was clean & the bathtub in the toilet was a nice bonus. Easy to check in and out and they allowed us to keep our luggage in the building after check out so that was a great help!

Great place to stay in fun neighborhood of Taipei! Plenty of space for 3 people.

unit have natural sunlight brighten up the common room windows/balcony that can open for ventilation (can smoke at balcony if you need just be quiet) shower pressure is high and heater works just fine. great time to shower after a long day out no roach which is green flag! but we also must be responsible to clean it trash before outing we were out when owner texted us about neighbour below our unit have air conditioning issue and need to fix on the same day. Lucky owner understanding and able to provide alternative and we don't mind.

Absolutely I'd give this place five stars! Everything is perfect! The room is bigger than I expected and pretty clean, love the soft comfortable bed. The view is amazing and there is a beautiful park across from the Airbnb. We went for a walk almost every day! The convenience store is only 2 minutes walk away which is very nice! Wonda is overly considerate. We really appreciate your kindness, Wanda! We will definitely come back!

We stayed here for a couple of nights after flying in, relatively easy to find once we got our bearings but the small streets were pretty tricky to navigate in a rental car. However, there is a parking lot a couple of minutes walk down the road. The apartment is comfortable with the separate bedroom and sliding door doors out the back. Beds were comfortable and the shower was good, TV had some English content on it. Good communication from the owner.

The place was clean and quaint, just nice for a party of 3. We were very thankful that the place was super clean and spotless, even better than some hotels. Cindy was also very responsive and easy to communicate with, and met us at the door when we first checked in. The place was a 8-10mins walk to Ximending, but there were still a lot to see along the way, with eateries & 7-11/FamilyMart at almost every corner.

We couldn’t be happier with the location. It’s right across the street from Q Mall with many shops and restaurants. The mall connects to Taipei train station for MRT, high speed trains to airport and other cities. It’s walking distance to Ningxia night market and other attractions. The house is clean and comfortable. We felt at home. Will be back.

We loved our stay at Kay’s place! Hubert met us upon arrival and gave us super helpful directions about the property and the area. The unit was clean and felt fresh upon arrival. Could not say better things about the location - easy to find and in the middle of a fantastic, cool neighborhood but the unit felt chill and relaxing for downtime between sightseeing and visits with family. The kids room with toys was a big hit with my littles, and we were impressed with the quality appliances and lovely decor. Would highly recommend this beautiful home to anybody looking for a comfortable, luxurious feeling headquarters for your next trip to Taipei. We’ll be back on our next visit!

Clean and spacious apartment for our family of 4 and within walking distance to 2 MRT stations. Washer/dryer, extra key fobs, umbrellas, children’s dishware/utensils and toys were all super helpful. Host provided a very detailed guidebook so that we had no issues finding the place and everything was already set up and provided for us. Host was also quick to respond to questions and worked with us to accommodate early check-in/late check-out as available. Carrefour, Family Mart, and plenty of food and boba shops within walking distance!

The apartment was perfect for a long stay with our toddler. The apartment had everything we needed - laundry, an equipped kitchen, a big bathtub - and the front bedroom has a low bed with tatami next to it so perfect for a little one. I used to live in the area and always like to return here because of how local it feels - this is classic Taipei. No frills, nothing fancy, but so much heart and character. Add in a responsive and helpful host and it’s a great combo. Will definitely stay again!

Location is great and the place is exactly as described. It is very spacious and perfect for a large group. Jin is also very responsive. Instructions from them were all clear and we could freely message them for any help needed. Only suggestion for the place is to put up a divider in between the living space and bathroom/sink area. Would definitely recommend this place to other groups!
