Linda’s place was great. It was clean and comfortable and the location was great. A quick walk into the adorable town of Glen Ellen. The backyard is gorgeous and the spa pool was a fun perk to enjoy.

The house was exactly as described and comfy. Plenty of room for 8, and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t use the pool but it looked so inviting for summertime! Great place to stay with a group. Thanks!

Jenny’s place was beautiful and very clean! We loved the open living room/kitchen area. The inside gas fireplace was perfect as it was pretty cold outside the weekend we were visiting. Several of the girls loved the hot tub. We also grabbed a few lemons off the lemon tree and they were delicious :) Jenny was extremely responsive when we reached out with question. She was great! I would highly recommend staying here! It was the perfect stay for our group of 8!

Stewart's place way very comfortable. It accommodated our group well, and had everything we needed. Relaxing to lounge in the back, enjoy the pool and hot tub. Easy to find, and in a good location. Stewart also reached out with instructions and welcoming reassure if we needed anything.

Griselda was a wonderful host. Our stay was super last minute and she was very accommodating, responsive and flexible. The location was perfect. We came to hike in Armstrong Redwood Park and her place was only about a 3 min drive there. It was also a three minute drive from the downtown so great location. Beautiful house with lots of space and a huge yard. I'd love to come back in the summer when we could use the outdoor space more, but the hot tub was perfect for the winter.

Great, very spacious house, but the pool was the star of the vacation. Really wonderful escape in the middle of an otherwise urban area. Thanks for the great stay!

My family had a fantastic time. The house was incredibly well-stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, which is sometimes rare in an Airbnb. The pool and hot tub were the highlights for our family (and my 5 year old, specifically) - it was clean and very well-maintained. Instructions were clear and Steven was very responsive. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Steven!

This is a nice home, a bit tucked away from much else. It is right on a walking trail, which was nice—turn left when you hit the trail, and it goes farther. The Ektimo winery tasting room on the property was a great place to start our wine tasting. The gentleman there was extremely knowledgeable, and the wines were all okay. It is a little bit of a drive to get to any restaurants or stores. The home was homey and comfortable and the table is absolutely stunning. I wouldn't say it is fancy or extremely well appointed but for the price it couldn't be beat. The goats, alpaca, and ducks on the pond were fun to watch and added a nice country feel to the place. The hosts were very proactive with instructions. It was super easy to check in. When getting ready to leave, we didn't have a 2 page list of things we had to do, which was nice since we had to leave early for a flight. I would stay there again!

Julie is an excellent host! We had a fantastic time at the cottage and casita. The pictures and description matched the Airbnb posting and we couldn’t have been more pleased about the picturesque vineyard surroundings. Julie also added the best tiny details like robes in every room, shampoo and conditioner, and additional home supplies. Her guidebook to the surrounding area was also an excellent touch. I would definitely recommend this home for your next getaway!

Everything was comfortable and attractive but the kitchen stood out. It is well appointed for a couple who are used to cooking for themselves. The neighborhood was attractive and very quiet. Parking was never a problem. It is within walking distance of two grocery stores and an entire shopping center. The WiFi is great. This unit fit our needs very well.

Great studio apartment, very comfortable bed, large kitchen, quick hot water in the shower. Was traveling for work and this little place checked all of the boxes.

The home is beautiful inside and out. It was such a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed the fenced backyard for our dogs - we enjoyed walking around the yard (it is as big as some small parks!) and let them enjoy the grass while we enjoyed the views of the ocean and hearing the waves crash and pelicans fly at our eye level! Only a few steps to get into the home was easy enough for my elderly mother as well. This is a perfect location to explore the surrounding areas too - we visited Los Gatos, San Francisco, Point Reyes Station, and stopped by the Apple visitor center. Pacifica and HMB had great choices for coffee and breakfasts to get us going on our day journeys. If we could live there - we would! I know we will be dreaming of the views from the living room for a long time. Hope to come back soon! Thank you again for such a wonderful stay.

Lovely home in a perfect location.

My family and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Justin's place, enjoying his beautiful decorated tree, thoughtful gifts, and delicious cake from a well known bakery and the stunning views of the mountains and city lights, including a firework show from the city. Justin‘s house is just big enough that we all have our own personal space but cozy enough that as a family we were all together.

The house was clean, with beautiful surroundings and great accommodations. The area is quiet, with easy access to town. Our favorite part of the house, aside from the easy access to the beach, was the Press Room - a small building with a bar, games, and press clippings adorning the walls. Overall, my family and I would happily stay here again.

We had a lovely, restful weekend at Caitlin’s home. It was such a well-cared for property with so many thoughtful details to make your stay enjoyable. You can tell it is a well-loved home. Would def recommend this place and will stay here again in the future!

Beautiful home! We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The house was spotless and had lovely amenities. They have written a book with instructions for the house and things to do around the area that was very helpful! We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit during our stay! The only thing to be aware of would be to understand that two of the bedrooms are not connected to the main house. There is a covered breezeway to get back and forth though and they have a beautiful sitting room with a desk. It was fine for us though! We really had a great time!!

We went up for Thanksgiving and had a great time. Check-in was easy, the house was spacious, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The deck and hot tub were awesome. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The fireplace was nice to sit by and chill. We didn't get a chance to use the kayaks as the river was very swollen from recent storms, but maybe next time. Thank you for an excellent stay.

A beautiful location with amazing views of the coast and sunsets. You can walk to the beach or a 10 min drive to Bodega Bay. Very convenient. The house is modern and easy to live in for a few days. We will return for another visit!

Excellent experience! I rarely like staying at the same spot more than once. However, we will 100% look for this same listing again next time that our family is back in the bay area to visit our family. Great property!

We just finished an incredible girls weekend up at Dave and Julian's place. The beds were all so comfortable, the place is huge, and the outdoor space would have been amazing had we had warmer/better weather but we didn't miss having that options too much. All the surfaces to sit were mostly very comfortable and fit our 4 people well, and we also enjoyed the dual heating. There were plenty of blankets and pillows to go around, and the kitchen was so spacious and nice. DoorDash is easy to get to the house with lots of options if you're too tired from exploring to go back out for a meal. I loved that this is in a country setting but SO CLOSE to downtown Sebastopol, it made that much more cozy for us. We can't wait to book another stay in the future, and it has been a gem of a find in our girl's trip adventures. *If you are allergic to dogs, don't stay here. There was some dog hair on the couch, which isn't a big deal for us as we are all dog people. Just something to note!*

Fantastic! Hot tub, pool, river access - what more do you need? The house was well equipped for bigger groups. Kitchen was decent for cooking group meals. Great grill too. River access is a 1 min walk across the road. We saw turtles and a mink on the river

Really enjoyed our stay here while visiting wineries in Sonoma and Napa! The place felt like home and was very well appointed with everything we needed. We brought our 1 year old son along and they had many baby items we were able to use and it was easy to keep the main living area pretty baby safe for a kiddo on the move. Location was great, quiet neighborhood but still close to many wineries and downtown Sonoma. Just be aware of strict noise policy at nighttime so don’t plan to use the hot tub/fire pit super late at night. Overall was a great stay and would stay again if we come back!
