I will admit, I was a bit concerned that this is a timeshare resort property and that Robert gave me instructions to use a confirmation number he sent instead of the Airb&b one, but Robert provided details instructions and when we got there, check-in was easy - no hassles and the property was excellent. Great location close to the strip in Branson, minutes from most of the activities and shows. Room was clean, had everything we needed, there were lots of activities on the property, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, gym and lots of other stuff to do. We would definitely book again.

Beautiful home, would definitely recommend staying here to anyone! Location was remote and very convenient to get to the landing in Branson. Would definitely stay again!

My family of 14 came to celebrate my Sister’s 50th Birthday. The house didn’t disappointment at all. Had everything we needed to cook! Lots to entertain and it was a beautiful location not far from everything. We felt right at home and made the best memories ❤️

This place was absolutely beautiful. The view was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were really nice.

Love our stay at Rick and Michelle’s condo! We had trouble getting in (my fault) and I texted and Rick called me right away with help. The condo itself was spotless and although we did not take advantage, there were many activities offered. Grounds were peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe with a guarded gate. Location was close to Branson Landing and 76. Definitely will stay again when in Branson!

We have stayed in Kristina's places numerous times. Everything is always perfect from top to bottom. Highly recommended!

I couldn’t have wished for a better host or location, The Nest was truly beautiful and Jim Viola is the kindest most attentive and caring host I have ever seen. If I could rate this location and him as a host the amount of start I see fit, I’d say 100. I will absolutely be back to The Nest and I’ll be bringing my father with me to witness the beauty. I would never stay in any other place in Eureka Springs, I felt right at home and so much love all 3 nights and 4 days myself and my family stayed. WE LOVE YOU JIM!

The facility was absolutely beautiful and the home was awesome...well appointed, comfy, had extra treats, coffee pods, wonderful gas fireplace...all located in a beautiful and tranquill setting...this is my most favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed in and I will definitely be back when I am in the area! Mark was an awesome host, and was always punctual with any questions I had. He even accomodated an early morning check-out, as I had a super early flight, and took care of some things for me that I would have typically taken care of myself...OUTSTANDING venue, all kitchen utensils, ingredients, appliances, etc. were on site...clean towels, linens, etc. on site...washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets on site, which were very nice to have...other Airbnb's require you purchase your own...I only went to the grocery story once the entire week, as this Airbnb was so well stocked...beautifully decorated as well, and awesome country setting...I would recommend this to everyone!! :)

This place was beyond our expectations. The setting, the proximity to the Crescent Hotel (1/2 block walk!), the amenities all made it a great stay. For 2 couples and one grown son it had all the room we needed and more. We'd definitely book here again.

Once inside, this cabin is absolutely awesome. It was clean, comfortable, well stocked and cozy beyond words. The one warning I'll give you is we have now talked endlessly about needing to build one of our own. That could end up being expensive (LOL). As home base for a week in the area, or a weekend away, it is ideal. There is not. huge yard and neighbors are pretty close across the way but all was quiet and everyone was friendly. We spent a lot of time at the Pirate Sand Bar which is about five minutes away and the owners were so cool. Also, the pizza place in the same place had insanely good pies. We will 100% go back.

Beautiful view, awesome space to be comfortable

Everything was just as described and Griff was always proactive giving information. It was so easy to check in and comfortable when we we arrived. We stayed in a nearby condo this summer also run by Griff. Enjoyed is so much and location was great. Thats why we went with him again.

We spent the weekend at Thomas's place with our adult children and their spouses. The space was clean, comfortable, had a bedroom AND a bathroom for each couple, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. The location of Thomas's place is also great--with Table Rock Lake and Branson nearby, we were never bored. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay was wonderful. Our daughters met us here for an extended Christmas weekend. The condo was spacious, the beds very comfortable, and it was extremely clean. It was so much better than staying in a hotel, since it allowed us to all be together in a home setting. The location was in a quiet area not far from all the attractions. It was decorated for Christmas, which made our stay even better. I highly recommend staying here. I know we will when we get the chance to come back.

One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed! Very homey and Dana was so great! I would definitely stay here again!

We took a youth group to Branson. We needed a large roomy place. This place was just what we needed. It is on a steep hillside in the Ozark Mts. If you aren't used to driving up and down steep hills the terrain might alarm you. We adjusted quickly and had no problems getting in and out. All the roads are paved. All the rooms are large and each bedroom had its own bath. We would definitely return.

Branson in the off season is not very exciting but lines for food were minimal and the town is relatively quiet.

It was a little hard to clean the dishes because there was nothing to scrub them with.
