In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und bekamen sogar 2 große Flaschen Wasser. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und auch der Liegeplatz im Wohnraum zum Fernseh schauen, hat uns gut gefallen

Nous avons passé un super moment dans le logement. Nous étions 4 et celui-ci proposait tout ce dont nous avions besoin : un emplacement pour garer la voiture, nous avons pu manger à l'extérieur. Nous avons eu un super accueil de nos hôtes et des conseils de visite et de restauration. Le logement est bien placé à environ 30 minutes à pied de Thessalonique centre, il y a un supermarché tout près sinon le marché de Thessalonique est ouvert tous les jours. Ne pas hésiter à louer ce logement :-)

Το σπίτι της Αθηνάς ήταν πολύ όμορφο και cosy. Ωραία διακόσμηση και πολύ λειτουργικό. Η επικοινωνία με την Αθηνά ήταν άριστη και απαντούσε πάρα πολύ γρήγορα στα μηνύματα. Συστήνω για αφίξεις μετά τις 16.00-17.00, να κλείνετε το χώρο που διαθέτει η Αθηνά για πάρκινγκ με μια έξτρα χρέωση. Είναι πάρα πολύ κοντά και δεν είχαμε άγχος για να ψάχνουμε γύρω γύρω καθώς μιλάμε για μια οικιστική ζώνη της πόλης. Είναι ελάχιστα πιο έξω από το κέντρο της πόλης, όμως πολύ βολικά για να κινηθεί κάποιος στα προάστια και τη γύρω περιοχή. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable en este hospedaje, la atención y comunicación fue excelente. El lugar se encontraba muy bien ubicado y el apartamento es muy adecuado para recibir hasta 5-6 personas. El check-in y check-out fueron muy fáciles. Es muy recomendable.

Makis war ein hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, war relativ schnell zu erreichen. Er gab uns Tipps für Unternehmungen und brachte uns sogar nachts eine Austauschglühbirne. Besonders der Garten ist ein Traum, das Häuschen hat den 70er Jahres Charme, was nicht jedem gefällt, uns aber schon. Wer modernen Luxus haben will, ist hier fehl am Patz. Die Photos entsprechen voll der Wirklichkeit. Die Betten waren gemütlich, für die doch kalten Abende sorgte eine Art Klimaanlage für die Wärme. In der Küche war alles zum Kochen vorhanden. Negativ waren die 9 Hunde des Nachbarn, die oft laut bellten und unserem Hund Angst machten und zu dieser Jahreszeit am Strand wenig los war. Aber dafür konnte ja Makis nichts

Είναι η τρίτη φορά που διαμένουμε στο σπίτι της κ. Ελένης. Είναι άνετο και ζεστό. Θα το προτιμούμε όταν επισκεπτόμαστε το Ωραιόκαστρο.

Great place! The perfect location for a short stay, close to everything we needed and he let us check in much earlier. The only downside was the air in the building outside of the apartment was very difficult for me to breathe with my asthma.

Gerçekten çok temiz ve mükemmel bir daireydi. Ev sahibi çok sıcakkanlı ve ilgili birisi. Her konuda yardımcı oluyor. Evde arayabileceğiniz her şey var. 2 televizyon, buzdolabı, çay ve kahve makinesi, tost makinesi, saç kurutma makinesi, ütü... Tüm mobilyalar yeni ve tertemiz. Yatak çok rahat. Herşey mükemmeldi. Ev sahibine çok teşekkür ederim.

Great little apartment, close to the city center and all the restaurants, bars and coffee places. 10 minutes walk from the sea front. Recommended.

If you like walking, it is very close to the center and all means of transportation. The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful. There are many markets and cafes. The house was very clean. The sheets, pillows, towels were clean and neat. There were extra blankets and all household supplies. The internet wifi connection works perfectly. The host is very kind and helpful. He helped with early check-in within the possibilities. The house is one street away from the Ataturk Museum and the Turkish Consulate. If you are coming to Thessaloniki by bus from Istanbul, use the bus number 23 from the train station. The bus stops very close to the house. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa in the living room. It is an ideal house for families and travelers.Also the heating of the house is very good.

Die Wohnung war wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Eine Flasche Wein und Snacks als Willkommensgruß gratis. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt. Nur das Schloss der Haustür hakt ein wenig.

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

My stay with Darko was excellent. The flat was easy to find and the check-in straightforward. The flat itself was clean and with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. With the seafront only a 10-15 minute walk away the location was fantastic and the flat is surrounded by a number of supermarkets and great bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Finally, Darko was a responsive and knowledgeable host.

Stergios’ apartment is located at a very convenient location, Walking distance to most of the attractions, restaurants and shops. The unit is very well renovated, great and thoughtful designs with top notch kitchen equipment. He provided essential stuff such as coffee buttons, dishwasher pods, napkins etc generously for our short two day stay, so we don’t have to worry about getting them. Highly recommend Stergios place.

This place is such a gem, best location, much nicer than the pictures, very cosy, felt like home. Will definitely be back and hardly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful city, George is the best host ever, many thanks

We were delighted to spend one week in Helena and Konstantinos' apartment where we had plenty of space for a family of five. The view is breath-taking and the proximity to the promenade by the sea made the location perfect. The hosts went up and above to welcome us with sweets and other surprises. And the trip suggestions to Sithonia, Peraia, Vergina and Pela were simply great. We can't wait to go back in summer time. Thank you for everything, it felt like a family was welcoming us.

Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Aussicht ein Traum, es wurde definitiv nicht zu viel versprochen. Die Gastgeber sind Mega freundlich gut waren immer gut zu erreichen. 10/10☺️
