Das Tinyhome ist Teil eines ehemaligen Bauernguts. Die ehemalige Scheune wurde in ein eigenständiges kleines Haus mit drei Wohnebenen umgewandelt (total 50m2). La casa è dotata di un impianto fotovoltaico rendendola a basso impatto ambientale. Il rustico si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e soleggiata.
