I really enjoyed my stay at Ben & Murray's place. I visit Melbourne once a year and stay either in Toorak or South Yarra. B&M's place is the best I have stayed in so far (and apart from one incident, I have enjoyed all my stays). The location is excellent, and the apartment is tastefully decorated with meticulous attention to details. Being a corner apartment, It has windows on two sides. Although I did not have a parking spot - and hence did not rent a car - I found it very easy get around using public transport and Uber from time to time. Needless to stay the location of the apartment could not be better in terms of restaurants and ease of transport.

Had a great time at Glenys' place. Very close to town centre and walking trails. Was perfect size for two adults and two kids. Glenys provided us with some great recommendations for things to see and do in the area. Would definitely stay here again next time we are visiting the area.

I would highly recommend it, the apartment is exceptionally well located with great views toward the city and the bay. Everything we needed was within a 5 min stroll, restaurants, tram stations, supermarket, bakery, bar etc. We will definitely stay again.

Liana is an excellent host, we had no troubles checking in thanks to Liana’s clear instructions. The property was spotless and matched the photos on the listing. For such a quiet spot it was extremely accessible to shops and restaurants nearby.

The appartment was clean, spacious and comfortable, and Simone and Adam were great, responsive and accommodating hosts.

I cant believe how great this place is. The building amenities are 5 star. The apartment is brand new and has everything you need. We walked to dinner and had a nice stroll along the beach across the road. Views on the rooftop deck are incredible.

Incredible location. Only a few houses down from the beach. Walking distance to an abundance of beautiful shops and great restaurants/cafes. Very peaceful and quiet apartment block. Very easy to access, no stairs, super clean - couldn’t fault it. Thank you for a great stay!

Frances and Ray were great hosts. As described the accommodation is at the rear of their house but we were allowed our privacy and they were there if we needed them. Everything you required was included and it was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here if you are planning at visit to this area.

Had a great stay at Carolyn’s suite. Everything was lovely and exactly what we needed.

We had a great time at Annes place. Close to the beach for a nice walk or a drink in the evening. Also close to trams to get to the CBD area. We enjoyed the take away cups she provides and had several iced latte from Frankies around the corner. Recommend!

We had a great stay at Kim and Dons place. The apartment was clean, modern and spacious for a 1 bedroom. The buildings ammenities were lovely and we enjoyed the pool, spa and sauna. The location is easy walking distance to nearby markets, parks and shopping/restaurants. Kim and Dons place is extremely good value in comparison to other air bnbs in the same area.

Frazer’s listing was absolutely amazing. The apartment looked just like the photos — clean, well-organized, and stylish with a green-themed decor. The view from the rooftop jacuzzi was incredible, offering a full view of the city. There were supermarkets, popular cafes, and a tram stop nearby. The spacious bed allowed us to fully relax and recover from our fatigue. The people in the apartment building were also friendly and kind. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!
