We were looking for a quick weekend getaway to escape the cold. The Guest Cottage fit the bill in every way. Beach front, private, scenic, cozy, and warm accommodations. The condo was pristine and we all felt right at home. The beautiful sandy beach was an easy few steps from the unit. Lots of medium to small shells to be found. Will definitely be back!

The apartment was well equipped and we were comfortable with our 22 lb dog who is not accustomed to apartment living. The kitchen was well stocked for people who do some cooking. We appreciated the stainless steel pans.The place was clean, comfortable and stocked with items we might need. Towels, laundry detergent, paper products, coffee, tea, a few spices. The area feels safe and the streets surrounding have sidewalks with wide green ways for taking a longer walk. Grocery stores, gas stations and easy access to the interstate.

I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb with this many reviewers all with nothing but 5 stars and glowing comments about the hosts! One look inside this property and walk through the park like grounds down go the covered gazebo over the North River convinced me that they were all 100% correct. Our short 2-night stay inc l used beautiful sunsets on the water! We will be back! Thank Don and Annie for sharing your exquisite home!

Our family enjoyed our trip to Amelia Island. The villa is very serene and peaceful. Kirby was quick to respond to any questions. Beach is a short walk and the tennis villa courts are right outside the villa’s patio. This unit is not a part of the Omni Resort so there is no access to its amenities, however, the pool at the villa was nice to relax at without a crowd.

We loved the over the ocean place! The 2 balconies made me fall in love with this spot! Everything was so beautiful! Everything is within walking distance. They've done a beautiful job recovering from the hurricane. We kayaked the ocean for 2 days and there's even a spot to keep the kayaks down by the carport. When I come back to Cedar Key I'll definitely stay here again.

Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at This place was immaculate, roomy, fresh flowers, every amenity you could think of (we even inquired a lot of crockpot, they didn’t have one, but ordered one for us on Amazon, so it was there when we arrived) Both Trevor and Sandra were very responsive respectful of our privacy, etc. Could not recommend this place more, super close location to the beach, very quiet location. Tannis home is absolutely amazing! Extremely clean & loaded with everything you need to feel right at home. It was everything our family needed for a weekend getaway! The pool is beautiful and very clean with plenty of pool floats. We enjoyed the firepit as well. Did I mention how beautiful its decorated! Every room has a gorgeous light fixture and the beds are so comfy! The Pink Cabana will be my choice every time I visit Jacksonville. We give it a 💯!

Super clean and homey feeling! Beach access is super close, plus many restaurants in close distance. It felt like we never had to leave the neighborhood because of how close everything was. Beds were super comfy, which is a plus! So much was provided from small necessities to bikes to ride to the beach to menus to look over before heading out. 10/10 would recommend staying here, & would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Our stay at Lipsy’s home in Jacksonville Beach was fantastic! Lipsy was professional, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions we had. The home itself was beautifully appointed—perfectly suited for a beach getaway. It was spacious, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully stocked with amenities like dish soap, hand soap, laundry supplies, coffee supplies, seasonings, a fully stocked kitchen, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning wipes, beach towels, extra pillows and blankets. The fenced backyard provided great privacy, and our two puppies loved having space to run and explore. The neighborhood itself was nice, very quiet and we felt extremely safe, making our stay even more relaxing. Having access to laundry was a huge plus as well. We’ll be traveling back to Jacksonville Beach in the near future and won’t hesitate to book with Lipsy again. Highly recommend!

We returned to Katie’s Lighthouse this year and loved it as much as we did on our first trip. The house sits right on the beach with perfect views of the ocean from the front deck. We loved walks on the beach and visits to the downtown area with great restaurants and shops. The house was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed, and our host was helpful and responsive. A wonderful visit!

We stayed at this home for a month and Karla was a wonderful host! She was so helpful in assisting us in baby proofing the pool area which made our stay so much better and comfortable. The house is lovely and the outdoor space is just unbelievable. We loved the privacy of the property and the beautiful sunsets. There’s a deli nearby that is walkable, but you have to drive a little to get to other main stores. No big deal at all and was a welcome activity for my toddler. We would stay here again and would highly recommend this to anyone else!

Loved my short (3 night) stay at Martie’s house on the Gulf. I was away for work and wanted to be in a space that was comfortable and quiet. Martie was responsive and very friendly when we spoke. The views from the balcony at sunset are stunning! I would stay there again.

It was a beautiful well kept quiet place very peaceful no motors allowed on the lake made it even more peaceful. The home was very well equipped with everything you would need. The bed was comfortable. Things were updated throughout the house to keep up with the needs of guest

Beautiful views from the porch. Close to town. Easy to find. The condo provided everything they said on the listing. Loved watching the Dolphins and beautiful sun rises.

What a beautiful condo! Karen’s instructions were timely and informative. The condo has the best view of the ocean! The furnishings are lovely and we found everything we needed to enjoy this wonderful vacation. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious and perfect for our trip with another family. The two toddlers had a great time running around, and we didn’t have to worry because it was very kid friendly. It was about a five minute walk to the beach, and the provided beach supplies were a great perk of the listing! It was awesome to have access to a beach wagon to carry all of our stuff. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great location for us. Easy walk to the beach and the kids could bike to Dairy Queen. We enjoyed biking from the location. My son and I used the pickleball rackets but didn’t get in the pool due to the weather. We all enjoyed feeding the turtles.

Wonderful place to stay for our family vacation. Sage and peaceful area. Convenient location to the beach and the fort. The place had everything we needed.

The Condo was nicely decorated, organized, clean and comfortable. The screened in balcony was a great place to sit and relax, enjoyed listening to the owl. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach, restaurants, mini golf, and the Greenway. Mitch send a terrific Welcome Packet and was quick to respond when I had a question.

Great location, right across from beach access, beautiful surroundings, miles of walking/ bike trails. The condo itself is a tiny bit dated but it was very clean. I would definitely stay again though. I had a couple of last minute issues on my part and Amelia Destinations were extremely helpful, and replied back almost immediately, even after hours. I couldn’t be happier with our stay. Thank you for making it a great last minute trip before school starts back!

My family experienced a very relaxing stay for spring break. The condo is pet friendly which was great for our two dogs. We loved spending time on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the sun rise. All of the beds were super comfortable. Laura was very communicative and there were plenty of extra supplies around the condo. We didn’t end up needing anything, but I felt confident that Laura would take care of anything we needed. It was a wonderful stay!
