Our architect designed Villa is a flat 3 minute walk to the heart of Old Bowral with 2 bedrooms featuring new Super King Bed and new King Bed that can be split into Two Single Beds. Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Mungo Lodge, pet friendly and accessible

.It was built to comply as a wheelchair accessible accomodation. There is fully accessible bathroom with show chair and railings and disabled toilet. There is wheelchair access in kitchen including accessible stove and oven. There is no lip on sliding doors to deck.The cottage is pet friendly with full fencing. It has two bedrooms and looks out over the beautiful green hills of the Southern Highlands. It is only a short distance from all the surrounding villages.

The Carriage House at Welby Park Manor

The Carriage House at the historic homestead, Welby Park Manor has been lovingly restored and renovated. Oozing with character and charm, the Carriage House is self-contained, private, dog-friendly and fully fenced. On-site parking is available, wood is supplied for the slow-combustion fireplace and outdoor fire pit. you will be welcomed with drinks on arrival. The Sauna Haus, completed in October 2021, is situated on a 1 acre property, shared with our residential home. It is perfect for couples and small families wanting to retreat from the world whilst being a short 5 min. drive/15 min. walk to Bowral and surrounding attractions including vineyards, boutiques, cafe's and golf clubs. If you are bringing a dog, please include it in your booking and read 'Other details to note' about what dogs we welcome.
