房东人很好，沟通回复及时，房子非常干净温馨，还准备了儿童的洗漱用品、宝宝餐椅，厨具一应俱全。小区也很安全安静整齐，来清迈非常推荐此房源。

地理位置非常好，步行可达宁曼一号和maya购物中心，周围的餐厅很多，吃饭方便，邓丽君泰北咖喱饭很近。

特别喜欢一楼的公区！光影的打造和法式复古家具相互承托简直就是个摄影棚！小猫咪们用一根猫条就贿赂到啦真的超有镜头感（我们住的一楼单间完全不会感觉挤还是独立卫浴喔～旁边还有超宽敞的厨房各种厨具和调料应有尽有，冰箱和洗衣机容量也超大適適一家人租一栋长居应该很舒服～

We had a great time! Everything was perfect. The location is quiet and walking distance to many things. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the unit had everything we needed.

This home was exactly as described. It’s in a quiet street a walkable distance to great restaurants. Very original setting. Within a home environment.

The accommodation is quiet and peaceful. The house is large and spacious, but it’s quite far from tourist attractions. The entrance to the alley is a bit deep. If distance isn’t an issue, this is definitely a place worth staying. The owner responds quickly.

Great place, huge space, comfortable, clean and conveniently located in Nimman with lots of restaurants, cafes, amenities around. Kannika was a great host, she was extremely responsive and friendly.

We have stayed a number of times in this splendid oasis of greenery and comfort . We are completely safe and at home here, with all the kitchen amenities you could need, a huge living space , an outdoor palapa I convert to a painting studio and maybe the best salt water, deep, beautifully landscaped pool we ever got to use. I cannot recommend this jewel of a place higher or its remarkably generous and thoughtful hosts. The gardener’s work or the neighbouring cabin’s occupant ( a mirror of ours across a lotus pond) will sometimes be audible but it’s very peaceful. San Kampaeng and Bo Sang are enough for us (we rent a scooter), and having some Thai language certainly helps but it’s honestly such a relief to get away from the tourist centric stuff and be in normal Thai culture , with real food and the price locals pay. Getting to buy fresh locally grown fruit and veg is pure heaven, the flavours are so much better than what we get at home. We count on coming back to stay again.

Tolani's place was perfect for our large group to all stay in one compound. street food started just around the corner and easy to hail a tuktuk or taxi from the main road. Ying the maid kept everything fresh and clean during the day and did a great job. would stay here again if I came back to Chiang Mai with a large group

这次团队出行选的民宿简直超预期，入住体验太棒了！民宿布置得温馨又精致，每一处细节都充满巧思，房间干净整洁，床品柔软舒适，每天都能在窗外花园里的鸟叫声中醒来。房东超热情贴心，不仅提前耐心解答我们的各种问题，还推荐了周边超地道的美食和小众游玩地。因为我们是团队出行，就很喜欢这套别墅里有多个聚会的地方，结束后又能互不打扰，都有各自的房间和卫生间。我们还很喜欢这个泳池，出行的时候清迈的气温还是很高，这个泳池真的是非常清凉。我本次住在二楼的房间，所以我最喜欢二楼的小客厅，躺在上面玩游戏很舒服惬意。平时的出行也很方便，因为位置优越，离夜市和古城都很近，步行就能到夜市，古城大家打个bolt很快就到了，下次有机会再来清迈，一定还会选择这里，强烈推荐给大家庭或者团队出行的人，真的性价比超高。

The Cyngam Resort is a truly unique place to stay and experience the delights of Chiang Mai. Whilst it’s in a pretty rural setting it’s still only 20 mins via Grab taxi and a 25 minute walk to local restaurants and shops. I’d describe the accommodation as ‘shabby chic’ full of rustic charm and character. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable although we did experience some noises in a couple of the bedrooms from the pool filter. We also experienced recurring problems with the hot water to the showers although the fantastic Aor and her team did their very best to resolve the problems as best they could. In fact, the biggest positive of the resort was the friendliness of the staff and the hospitality and support given during our stay and also via prompt communication before our arrival in helping us to plan our week. I would definitely recommend Cyngam for those looking for a unique way to stay in Chiang Mai

This stay was excellent, the hosts are very friendly and super helpful with local recommendations. The location of the AirBnB is in a private area away from busy roads. The pool was clean and easily accessible. There is a 7/11 about 0.4 miles from the property and a larger shopping area about 1 mile away. Be sure to ask the hosts about the local night time markets and restaurants. They are very knowledgeable about the area. Overall a great place to stay if you want to be a ways out of the main city.

Excellent experience. House comes with a cleaner and you get beers and water frequently refilled for free. Also if you want a tour they can arrange it for you with good vans and drivers. As mentioned by others it is about 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai Old Town, but you can get there with Grab Taxi’s. Also I was expecting a more jungle like experience but the villa is next to a busy road with a lot of noise in the morning. You can hear planes landing also. Finalky, the house smells damp and can use a little upgrade / attention to detail. However, it was a really big lovely place, we have had great advise and there is a very nice local place called Namthoeng Cafe nearby. In the afternoon we loved to just hang out near the pool, all quiet. So yes it’s a five star experience!

В целом - отдых прошел хорошо. Были незначительные проблемы, но они есть практически везде. 1. Кухня удобная, но не хватает современной посуды и сантехники и горячей воды (только для кухни) - жирная пища плохо смывается едва теплой водой. 2. Горячая вода есть, напор воды слабоват, сантехника устарела. 3. Интернет достаточно быстрый, ~300 мбит/с 4. Телевизор - отличный. 5. Кондиционеры охлаждают очень хорошо. 6. Стиральная машина работает хорошо. 7. Не хватает мест для развешивания постельного белья. 8. 7/11 далеко, 20-30 минут пешком, по пути собаки, могут напугать. 9. В конце отдыха поблизости началась стройка - очень шумели по утрам ( это временно, разумеется) 10. По соседству домашнее хозяйство с петухами - они могут сильно потрепать нервы, когда хочется спокойно выспаться.

We loved our stay here! I traveled solo with my 3 boys, ages 8, 12, and 13 and we all enjoyed this place. It's very well cared for and everyone is very attentive and kind, always smiling and welcoming. Check in was a breeze. We used the laundry machines provided for a very small fee. The air conditioning works great and the bathroom is divine. We walked each morning to the coffee shop at the end of the road... nothing to write home about but very convenient. There's a friendly cat and bunny that come and go. The gardens are very well cared for and very safe. The location requires the use of a Grab or taxi but it's easy for them to find. If traveling with a big group it'd be worthwhile and doable to rent out more listings on the premises! We loved this place and would happily go back again. We didn't utilize the kitchen so I don't have any feedback on how functional it is.

Wir waren für 1 Monat in dieser Unterkunft. Im Großen und Ganzen hat uns alles gefallen. Rapee ist ein sehr sympatischer und netter Gastgeber. Die Dinge (Bügeleisen, Staubsauger etc), die uns gefehlt haben, hat Rapee uns sofort besorgt. Er war auch in anderen Sachen uns behilflich (medizinische Beratung). Das Einzige, was wir sehr vermisst haben waren die Moskito-Netze an den Fenster. Danke und alles Gute!

Prin est un hôte très gentil qui en plus de me communiquer pleins de bons plans à aussi était super arrangeant et m’a rendue de nombreux services, encore merci 🙏🏼 Je chercher un logement à proximité de l’école sunshine est c’était très bien, un lieu calme, excentré tous en gardant plusieurs bonne adresse à proximité. Je recommande a 100% 👍

I have stayed here many times and this time again I am impressed. The location is very good, the house is clean, the owner is very helpful, replies to messages very quickly, the convenience of a mini mart is just in front of the house, you can walk there. Thank you, I will stay again if I come to Chiang Mai.

Superbe rooftop où nos enfants se sont régalées! Très bien situé, proche de la vieille ville, d'un magnifique temple (wat molee), d'un très bon night market (porte nord). Un beau lieu pour visiter Chiang Mai et ses alentours. Les chambres sont propres et la grande terrasse est très bien amanagée, on oublie qu'on est dans le centre-ville. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte. Nous recommandons ce logement!!!

Our stay at Youdin Kindee was the best we had in Thailand, so far. The wonderful host, Ranee and her son Titan, as well as Jo the smiley house keeper made us feel right at home from the first moment. They were super friendly, helpful and just lovely people in general. The art and adobe buildings are beautiful and inspiring, as is the amazing surrounding view. The children learned to fish, feed the animals and were free to roam the grounds and play, swim in the pool and just enjoy. Lastly, Youdin Kindee was a wonderful place for a much needed rest and healing time from Chiang Mai city. We appreciate the farm so much! And will forever cherish our experience there. Thank you, we love you! 💗🙏🏼🫶🏼
