An extremely welcoming place that had many things to do and accommodating our autistic children very well! It was a shame we didn't get the chance to make s'mores! We would love to come back to this place sometime since it is so peaceful and homey! We watched older movies that we forgot about! Thanks for the DVDs!

Beautiful fall getaway. I could not ask for better lakefront views. The cottage is just like the pictures and has all the amenities. Robert had great local recommendations and brought us homemade cookies. We are looking forward to returning again in the future.

It was exactly as Steve described. Every bit of info Steve shared with us was accurate. My son (9) and I took a 2 day trip to catch as many fish as possible. This private deep pond provided fun fishing for my son and I. We caught sun fish, blue gill, large mouth bass, small mouth bass, and a big catfish…that we learned is about 12 years old. Within about 40 minutes there are multiple locations that offer stocked and native trout. We hiked along the stream and enjoyed the panoramic scenic views. It had everything we needed. In all honesty, my wife usually does the prep so when I arrived and realized I had not brought coffee or a pot to cook in, I was pleased to find those items and more. Clean and comfy. It was a nice getaway. Not to promote my social media, but if you want to see videos of the pond and fishing, feel free to check it out on my page. Beautiful property to walk around take in the scenery and relax. The fenced animals on the property were a added bonus. The accommodations were neat and tidy. Juana was quick to respond to tell us were the extra towels are stored when we could not find them. This is our 2nd stay there and will return again for sure.

My GPS gave me a slight hassle, even though I was coming in from not far away…it was after dark. Ann was wonderful with responding quickly to help me find my way in! No trouble at all, just one glitch with the shower but again, it was handled quite prompt and effectively. Thanks Ann!

An absolute gem of a peaceful and scenic retreat. The guest house was impeccably clean, wonderfully decorated/kept, and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool and jacuzzi were great additions that we used daily. Deborah was a kind, thoughtful, and immensely communicative host. The property itself is within a 15 minute drive to downtown and restaurants. This was a memorable, relaxing stay for us both and we will definitely be returning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb in Woodstock. Joni was very attentive and gave recommendations when asked. Her home was very welcoming and had plenty of amenities. All dining experiences are within walking distance which was a huge plus. Walking trails are all within a reasonable driving distance. It truly was a beautiful experience all around and we hope to be back again soon.

We had a great stay at Margarets place! It was exactly what we wanted for a weekend getaway. Margaret was very responsive and accommodating and made us feel very much at home. Lots of great hiking and restaurants within minutes. Would definitely stay again.

Jane's pool house was perfect for what I needed...It was quiet and calm and cozy and in beautiful surroundings...It was very private. Jane is also a great host...she really went out of her way to make it feel like it was MY place to stay with a very warm welcome.

This place was a perfect weekend get away for myself and husband. Plenty of space for the two of us. The place was nicely, decorated and fully furnished with accessories if you wish to cook. I enjoyed the spaces between the outside patio as well as the hot tub. Bill was great with giving suggestions of local places, even though I was a local myself.. if you’re looking for a quiet getaway this is your place.

Absolutely adorable. Loved it the minute we drove up the hill. Exterior/interior pictures were perfect and accurate. Was rainy so the gas fireplace provided a nice touch when relaxing after trip. The sheets on bed were sooo soft & lovely. Kitchen & bathroom area well stocked. Lucia provided outstanding communication prior & during stay. Instruction book provided any addition info. Loved the recommendations….(Barley Creek Brewing Co. was excellent for casual dinner !!) …..Special little spot….We loved it.

This place was perfect for a weekend two of us with our dog. The bed was SO comfortable and they had all the small amenities that make all the difference. I highly recommend this place and would come back again anytime!

This is a beautiful place and exactly what my wife and I needed for a long weekend away! The barn is so cozy and we felt right at home . The hot tub was a nice treat on the cool evenings and the beautiful view. But by far the best part was the animals living below us that we could give snacks to throughout the day and see through the living space windows. Would definitely recommend this to anyone that loves horses and donkeys!

I absolutely loved my stay at the corn crib. It was a beautiful, cozy, and inviting studio with lots of natural light. Veronika was communicative, check in and check out were easy and very reasonable. Pros: Easy to find, safe area, easy check in, clean space, warm, comfortable, great host. Also location was great. Its approximately 5-8 minutes from everything we needed near Princeton, so very convenient but you still get to feel like you're in a quiet remote area. Cons: Veronika mentions in her guidebook that the water heater is small and provides tips on how to use it but even following all the tips, you only get a solid 7 minutes of hot water in the shower before it turned cold so you need to take really quick showers :( Other than that, everything was perfect

Neil and Tania, the owners live in a house on the road and the unit they rent is their coach house with 2 bed rooms, dedicated bathroom and a garage which is right behind their house. Their kitchen at the 2nd floor with dinning, living and bed rooms is well equipment and they even have a full stove in the garage.They had everything for us to stay comfortably for almost a week. Self and my daughter and son-in-law. We all worked as their internet had an awesome bandwidth. There are no stores or restaurants that are walk-able and needs a car. There are side walks and one can have good walk for 15 minutes on either side direction (left or right) for stores and restaurants. That is the only reason I had to give 4stars for the location. Otherwise very quite and comfortable place and we had a even a small hike to hillock behind.

It wasn’t what we expected as far as the area goes, but it was perfect for us! We walked into the cottage and immediately felt welcomed from the cafe room to the comfortable beds. It was very clean and cozy. We would definitely go back and stay there again!

John and Fionna were wonderful hosts! Very friendly, communicative, and when there was a small issue they took care of it right away; They are really great people. The property is stunning, especially this time of year when the trees start to flower. It is far off the main road and super private and quiet/peaceful yet close enough to everything you want. As a traveler who was moving from the other side of the country and needed a temporary landing spot to start a new job, it was the perfect place. My favorite part was listening to the chickens do chicken things in the morning. Given an opportunity, I'd stay here again.

Loved your stay at this cozy Airbnb. Just 10 min drive to Watkins glen. There are many amazing spots close by like the Painted Bar stables for horse riding, elf on the oak for an amazing breakfast and multiple wineries. A perfect 10/10 stay. Only minor inconvenience might be that is located right beside the 414, so expect noise of vehicles zooming past after 8 am.

A very peaceful getaway! We've stayed here before, and it was just as perfect this time as it was on our first visit!
