The lakehouse was clean and very comfortable. It was so cozy using the pellet stove for heat and the house has a lot of natural light. I felt very relaxed staying here and slept well at night. The views of the lake are stunning, especially down at the dock. Our kids enjoyed going down to watch the sun rise and we enjoyed a campfire one evening as a family. Everything you need to know is clearly stated beforehand (like there being a lot of steep steps to get down to the lake and needing to bring your own drinking water), so there are no surprises. I appreciate the hosts providing so much important information up front so we didn’t have any issues or questions during our stay. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The location was superb and very low key since it was off-season. The bungalow is super cute and well worth the price. Stefania and Ryan are great hosts and the attention to detail was amazing. I would book with Stefania and Ryan again.

Had an amazing time here and didn’t want to leave! Our favorites were the location (across the street from the beach) and hot tub. I was especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was - we never needed to buy coffee or spices for cooking.

You will be surprised to be able to see the sunrise from your bedroom, have cocktails on a little beach on the brackish Shrewsbury River with windsurfers trying their luck, walk to Bahr's seafood resto or Proving Ground tavern with good beer and food and views -- great location and quiet at night and interesting to watch clammers ride out in their little boats in the morning.

Great communication & beautiful stay! We loved the cozy atmosphere and lake views. <10 minute drive to “downtown” Ithaca with lots of little shops, great restaurants, and hikes. Thanks for a great stay!

Really enjoyed our stay at Maureen's place. The location could not be better. A quick walk to the beach and Bay Village which is loaded with shops, restaurants and fudge !! The house was exactly as described in the listing, super clean and comfortable. Kitchen was easy to use and centrally located. The outdoor shower was our favorite to wash off the sand or have a quite refresh from sunning on the deck. The deck was a good size too. Maureen gave us some suggestions for restaurants and we did check out the Blue Whale and had a great time. Crowded, but great food and really good service (their Key Lime Pie - wow). Would definitely stay here again next time we're in LBI. Can't beat the location.

My husband and I were in town for a music festival and this was the perfect home base for us! It’s a bit small but was perfect for two of us and you can’t beat the location! Similar to other reviews, not having linens already there is kind of a pain - we borrowed sheets and towels from family because it was too much to travel with but then had to make sure we had time to wash and dry them before checking out and giving them back. Regardless, we would stay here again!

Another Amazing Stay! This was my second time staying at Alicia’s wonderful place, and it was just as perfect as the first! The location is unbeatable, the space is always clean and welcoming, and Alicia is such a thoughtful and responsive host. I’m already looking forward to making this a yearly tradition. We had a wonderful stay here. living space was larger than expected. 3 bedrooms on main floor was great for guests who have trouble with steps. Clean, comfortable, very private.

I stayed at the cottage for 3 weeks and found it perfect for my needs. It is well located on the “Main Line” and it was easy to get to everywhere I needed to go, from Philly to Lancaster County. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby too, as well as Wegmans and Aldi for groceries. The neighborhood was great for walking too. The cottage itself was very clean, and the nearby traffic did not bother me at all. It is just busy in the morning, but no big deal. I was able to make a lot of meals by bringing my airfryer and using it along with the provided microwave. The washer and dryer in-unit was really great to have, and the furnishings were comfortable. The cottage is bigger than the pictures and is well decorated. Will definitely return for another extended stay!

David was very responsive from day one 😊 the place was even better thandescribed. I loved the convenience of the washer+dryer(being I have two kids). my daughter took advantage of being less than a five minute walk to the beach & my son loved the beach toys that were in the outside bin and it was very helpful to have the beach cart that was provided because I was on my own, so that was a great plus as well as this rental coming with bed sheets, and linens because I’ve stayed in places where they don’t have them and I can be forgetful so that was a plus ✅ unfortunately my trip ended early due to the wildfires and the parkway shutting down exits one by onewhich for me to get home the following day I would have to pray they kept the garden State Parkway open, which was very unsure so I had to leave a day before my planned exit. Aside from that state of emergency *which was out of our control* everything else about the trip was lovely. Would stay again for sure 👍👍

This is one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The bungalow was so incredibly peaceful and had absolutely everything we could have ever needed. A beautiful stay, and I look forward to coming back. Kristi is an amazing host they truly cares about their property and your stay.

I was there to be with my family over Easter and it’s a perfect location for so many things! I absolutely loved it as soon as I pulled in. It’s so cozy, comfy and peaceful. She has all things you need to cook meals and lots extra linens in bathroom. Lots of deer to watch too! I loved walking around the property and taking a walk down the road. Felt right at home. I only wish I could have stayed longer than 3 nights. Susan is the best host and the snacks/drinks were a welcome treat after driving for few hrs. I enjoyed them daily. Thank you so much!! The screened in porch is nice to sit and relax but I preferred to sit outside. I will definitely book again. I grew up in the area and as I’ve gotten older truly miss my hometown and family. This was a perfect getaway to recharge. I didn’t want to come back to reality but all good things must come to a close until next time. So, if you’re looking for a cute, cozy,private place to get away, book now, you won’t regret it. Susan in Pa

Incredible spot to stay in the town of Asbury Park! Michelle is a wonderful and responsive host with a home that really caters to both gathering and R&R! The house itself is cozy, super easy to find, has ample parking, clean, spacious. She provides great ideas on local places to eat and for entertainment. We give her and this home our highest recommendation.

First time visiting Manasquan. The location was perfect and close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and to Point Pleasant Beach. Lee Ann and Rich were perfect hosts made sure you felt right at home and meet our needs. I would definitely come back and stay in one of their homes again.

Unbelievable. Mollys property is magical. The location is remote and peaceful, super clean and perfect to base yourself at for some hikes/nature/outdoorsy activities. We slept both nights with the doors open, and the sound of the river rushing was out of this world. The place is stocked with all the cooking utensils you could dream of, so if you fancy a night of a home cooked meal and an evening by the fire pit, you can Molly was super accommodating, friendly and provided us with great tips and suggestions for the area. 10/10 would highly recommend and I’d definitely stay again. I can not recommend it enough.
